Continuation of another complaint - food-card-pin-not-issued-c2070536. Html
I was asked to reset the pin - log on to www.hdfcbank.com select 'prepaid/forex cards' tab under 'login' section. Select my request - set atm pin select the active card (Radio button) answer the secret question and answers, mention date of birth, card expiry details and submit.
I have selected 'prepaid/forex cards' & clicked on login - it took me to a screen to select the card - clicked on foodplus card - it asked me to enter the card number as user id & activation code / ipin provided in the kit as password (Ipin not provided is the original issue) - hence gave forgot password where it asked me to enter few details - entered & gave submit but details not saved - couldn't proceed further -
It comes round and round and issue is not getting resolved.

Today (on 28.10.2020) I have purchased a food item from KFC outlet at South City Mall costing Rs. 344.54/- through my HDFC Bank Visa FoodPlus Card having No. [protected]. When I swiped the food card for the first time, the transaction failed. Then at the second attempt the transaction was successful. But later on I found that the amount of Rs.344.54/- had been deducted twice erroneously.
Please refund the amount of Rs.344.54/- to my food card immediately.
