I am having a saving a/c with hdfc bank silchar branch vide no [protected] against which i have been given a loan of 75k for which everymonth emi was 1783 was debited in auto mode but suddenly my a/c was loaded with non maintence charge and the amount which was deposited for emi has been debited as non maintainece and hence loan got overdue, but my a/c was zero balance and it has been autometically converted to normal sb a/c without any...

Same happens with me, hdfc agent told me its life time free credit card then only i have applied for the credit card, i didn't asked for one assist mfee so how can you deduct rs, 1399/- without my consent from my card which is yet to be delivered, who gave you this right???

I have an hdfc credit card from past two years. Two weeks back, it abruptly stopped working i, e the payments are getting declined through the card. I have no idea why it is happening since there is no due to be cleared as i had paid all my previous bills. Very poor customer service as they have completely managing it boots and my problem is not listed any where in their systems.

Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of august 2 times amb charges are debited - on 07 aug 2018 on the same day two times rs 531.00 & 548.98 was deducted without any intimation. I had paid wbsedcl bill through sbi upi, the payment got debited through Wbsedcl.billdesk@hdfcbank they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact hdfc bank. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care. I am yet to receive my money even after six days.

Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4281 without my concern on date:29/12/2017.
I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-...
