[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraud and false statement done

I have misguided and false statement has done to me, due to some reason i was not able to pay credit card payment for two months. I got the call from HDFC to pay the money and Mr. Chandan kumar (+91-[protected] & +91-[protected]), Assistant Manager, Retail Portfolio Management, HDFC Bank Card Division, Vikaspuri, came to me and said to me clear the payment and I was ready to done the payment but he told me to pay only 13000 right now and rest to pay in EMI of only 3000 per month without any interest and in favour of doing this he also took 3000 Rs from me and now he is not answering my phone neither giving me any response. I am feeling cheated and tutored by this
I didn’t know that HDFC employee also do fraud with their customer.
