HDFC Bank — Fraud and Mis-selling of a Policy

I am (was) the owner of policy number 13416760, which I successfully closed on 18th of April, 2015. I wish to raise a complaint against the miss selling of this policy to me. I am raising this complaint as per the advise of the HDFC Life employee who helped me close this policy. I wish to make it clear that from now on, I'd not have any business with HDFC Life. The HDFC Life agent advised me into buying this policy with a document showing a stamped document that it would fetch me at minimum 18% returns and I've attached the photo of it along with. Not only did that document show me the moon, it also had a stamp of a HDFC company - HDFC Security. This was called as *fraud* by your own employee. From the investment of 9L, I received at the end 9.34L. This is annual profit of about 1%. I'm lucky it's in positive. Had I invested this amount anywhere else, I would've got at least 3% (simple savings account) or maximum 8.5% (FD). Sorry. The maximum would've been investment in a real estate, which I couldn't as my money was blocked in a failed product. I raised a complaint soon after buying this product as one monthly deduction was shown as yearly deducting but that complaint was closed as not a mis-selling.
