[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud call from hdfc life manager

This is the 2nd instance of fraud call I have received from so-called HDFC life Manager from Hyderabad office. His mobile number is [protected]. As my policy is in paid-up state from the past 4 years, he offered me a 'Government-scheme' of 50% off on premium. He had my policy number and other details. He told me this payment can only be done online through the website link he sends me. Cheque payment done at HDFC life branches won't get this 'benefit'. I was told to send all my policy related documents on email to [protected]@gmail.com or whatsapp to [protected]. Luckily for me, I knew this is a fraud call and hence didn't send any document or do any payment. I hope these fraudsters are caught asap so that they don't fool innocent customers. Hi people please think twice taking hdfc life Policy..we take Policy for our family members to provide secure life, but when we are alive if don’t respond to us..how can we be sure after life that these people will help our family even though after paying all premium amount...Think before going for HDFC Life.😪🤦‍♂️
