With regard to my above mentioned complaint, i have received several letters from HDFC saying that because i signed the document, they cannot help me. I have spoken to the Bank Manager Ms Charu Bhatia and after i give the surrender form, it will be determined whether HDFC is really sorry or just buying time with false assurances.
