HDFC Bank — Fraud done by against hdfc employee and I have complaint many time to bank but bank is taking no action

My name is vikrant Sharma R/o 94/4 preet Nagar, sodal Road Jalandhar. My PAN No. Is KJLPS4532K and my customer id is 65749191 and the concerned Bank Branch address is Maqsudan Branch, Jalandhar-144008.
I want to inform you that I got a notification from HDFC Bank which I am attaching herewith. According to this notification there is an overdue EMI against product loan but I want to inform you that I have never taken any loan from your bank for any product and not even any credit card loan or any personal loan. Someone is misusing my I'd proofs again and again. Your bank employee, named Sandeep Kumar S/O Ram Nath Sharma has been harassing me for a long time. He is taking all the loans and operating my account for a long time. Last year he promised me that he will provide NOC from the bank against all these loans but now he is refusing. Please suggest how I can get NOC and what are the further proceedings which I need to take to solve this issue. Your bank employee is misusing his post and bank job.
I want to inform you clearly that I will not pay any EMI for this product loan.
He is operating all loan via this number [protected]. But my contact number is [protected], [protected].
I request you please close my bank account and my all debit and credit card of HDFC Bank.
Please solve this loan issue. I have complaint many times to supoortive customer care of hdfc bank but they are only wasting time.

I have many other proofs that shows your bank employee working in maqsudan jalandhar branch is culprit, I can share with you. This is a matter of fraud by your bank employee.

I am attaching herewith a legal document (undertaking signed by your bank employee and his father as confession) and bank reply after one month investigation.
I am telling them clearly but they are doing nothing and not giving any suitable answer regarding this fraud
