[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud from hdfc

Hi,

I had purchased lg washing machine from vijay sales with offer from hdfc bank of 3500 rs. Cashback if i chose hdfc debit card emi option. They say cashback will be credit to me within 90 days (After 3 emis) and after 90 days hdfc go on saying there is issue with all hdfc customer cashback. Now after raising complaint with hdfc they say that you were not eligible for cashback as my purchased amount was not to what they expect.

Highly disappointment with hdfc.
