[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fraud sms -unauthorised

I Just recieved the follwing msg through AX-HDFCBK :

Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to BSE Limited with value Rs. 1000000.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I haven't signed or seen any such document, please advise what is going on and resolve.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that we have received ACH debit mandate from M/s BSE Limited through their sponsor Citi bank with Unique Mandate Reference Number (UMRN) HDFC[protected]. Presented mandate with Upper Limit Amount Further, if required, request you to visit nearest HDFC Bank Limited branch for submission of ACH mandate cancellation request letter or you can write back to us for mandate cancellation through your registered email id.

thanks for replying, is this mandate has anything to do with the monthly SIP going for Mutual Funds?
Can you share a customer care number or can anyone from HDFC call my registered number?
