I am a victim of fraud call. On jun 16th 2018 i got a call from this number +[protected] and saying we are from hdfc rewards points payback department. Then started telling my first four digits of my credit card details for confirmation and then said you have 9k reward to get this credited to your account need some information from my end and i said transfer that money to my credit card. But they refused and said your card is not registered...

I am confirming that if in future any amb charges deducted from my account i will be responsible for that but know i request to you please return amb charges in account those deducted by bank from 1 june 2017 to till date. You konw that my account linked to demat so that i was not able to maintain my account. Now i will maintain my account as required amb. And never claim for that....

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1550 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I purchased an apple ipad on 10th february under the 'valentine's day 10000 cashback offer'. as per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.

I have submitted my kyc on 12 june'18 and still my account no 260487 is suspended. When contacted the call center they say they haven't received ckyc and when contact nigdi hdfc securties branch they say have couriered my kyc details to mumbai. The entire hdfc process of kyc is harassement to me and i'm suffering as my account is suspended.
