[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud transaction for the complaint / ref. no: [protected] | |||
Hi Good afternoon To whomsoever it may concern This is regarding the due levied to me in my credit card statement. As per your bank, i have swiped my credit card of hdfc bank twice amounting to rs. 10 , 000 each to withdraw cash from citibank atm. But you can check in my previous i have never used credit card for atm cash withdrawal and as per my knowledge i have not withdrawn cash in april month also which your bank is claiming from me. I would request kindly provide me the ej copy for both the transactions done. And prior to this, when i raised complaint with your bank for both the transactions, your bank has reversed me one transaction amount of 10000 in the month of m ay 2017 and stated that the second complaint is in process, and after constant follow-ups for 4 months still that complaint is in progress. And now after 4 months again , you people have debited my account by rs. 10 , 000 stating that you people have by mistakenly reversed rs. 10 , 000 and that the citibank is claiming for that amount after 4 months and so you have marked lien for the same on my credit card. As per rbi guidelines, atm transactions get settled by bank the next working day itself. So , once the amt is reversed then again claiming for that am ount 4 months later was not that bank settled their transactions the same month, i really din ' t understood this logic so i am not at all going to pay the am ount at all and i want this charges to be waived off from my card as soon as possible. Also, the second amount which is not getting reversed, i want it to be reversed on priority. Also the finance charges which you people have charged me right from the month of april 2017 till date i want same to be reversed and to clear that entries from my statement as it is spoiling my cibil report. Also send me my cibil report. phone bankers keep the call on hold for 15-20 mins and then they disconnect the call same goes with their supervisors, team leads and their managers as well, they do a fake promise by stating " sir, we will call you in 7 working days, still i have not received any call from them, its been around a month and a half now. being a loyal customer of hdfc from last 7 years now and giving business to hdfc as you can check my account and still hdfc is not concerned about my issue. This is how hdfc investigates the fraud transaction and complains which is very serious? If i want credit card and loan hdfc executives calls me 10 times in a day, for that they can call then why not for dis? After continuous followups with bank regarding this issue they only reply by saying your, dispute is under investigation, what investigation you are doing please share me investigation {progress report with me in next 48 hrs after receipt of this mail . Kindly do the needful on priority as i already kept patience for too long, if i don't get any resolution on this, then i 'll take necessary actions against this complaint. if you require any assistance, please reply back to me & i'll be happy to help you.
