[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraud with me | |||
Sir, I have a policy with your bank policy no:[protected] at a yearly premium of rs 25000 and forcefully staff of your insurance company open this in name of my mother and my mom and dad are not educated so they don't have any knowledge regarding this policy.my 2 installment are paid and when my dad told me about this all policy was lapsed..its not our fault your insurance company staff told us they will come every year to collect cheque but 2 years they came and after this they not came my dad called him many times but we don't received any proper response and branch is also not here in my city and my dad not educated so they not knew about this..so I request you to please return our money as in good faith of your bank we made a policy.. Otherwise I have to go to consumer court for our right.. So please reply me as soon as possible.
