[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraudulent practices on payments | |
While making payment for a new policy my 1st transaction got failed at your end as per your customer support representative and was assured that it will get refunded within 7days. I made another payment which got accepted. Now its been 14days since the amount is not reversed. Now customer support says there are two payments on different dates and asked me to adjust the same with next premium. Why did hasn't been communicated to me earlier Was this information helpful? | |
