HDFC Bank — frequency adho received for processing

This is in regards to a message which i received this morning which i have no clue about. It goes like this :
"dear customer mandate reference no : hdfcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx issued to sbi life insurance company limited"
With value rs. 67110.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing."

Could you please let me know what exactly is this since i haven't acted on any mandates regarding sbi insurance.

The said message is sent to you as confirmation for registration of ACH mandate towards payment of SBI life Insurance Company. For any discrepancy in the amount of auto-debit, please contact SBI insurance company.

Hello, I have not authorized anyone from SBI regarding this transaction. Also, I would want to know how and when this was authorized by me. So, you mean anyone who walks to you and asks for a ACH mandate you will provide it because I have not authorized anyone for this transaction.

Please let me know what is the way I could cancel this because I have not authorized it in first place.

@hdfc, In the meantime I have requested SBI to disable auto debit option if any, from their end. Please don't authorise any transactions as of now.

@hdfc, Please find the attached image containing the statement from SBI and stop the ADHO Mandate immediately.

Also, in future I don't want any approvals to get processed without my consent and revert back to this immediately otherwise, I will consider it a fraud.
