    Not submitting affects my credit score

    I communicated various officials, but no body is giving proper answer.
    Not submitting the limit is equal to submitting half truth, equals to false information.
    The cibil is assuming it nil credit limit, and affects my credit score.

    I filed complaint to customers care, md pa office all are not giving clear answer... Or reasons

      Dear sir, this is siva rama krishna jadam, cousin brother of pavan kumar maddireddy, my brother having credit card with hdfc when he is working at hyderabad, he got accident in hyderabad and we have taken him back to home for the treatment and by resigning his job, its take few months for his health recovery and he got noticed his credit card payment is pending from few months with lot of penalties, he informed me about that, i called on my own and requested for the settlement for the credit card that my brother really not in the position to clear, i have taken responsibility to clear the settlement amount, when i have called your team responded very positively and gave the settlement for 21500 rupees, i have paid 10000 rupees after the settlement date and for remaining 2 installments i gave bank cheques of my brother hdfc bank account, 1 is for 5000 and another one is for 6500, i have deposited 5000 for the cheque on the bank account, but the cheque got bounced because hdfc hold the account with the amount of his credit card due, we have called and requested bank to remove the hold, i have informed that to your hdfc persons and they said to do the 5000 payment directly to his credit card account and they are going to send that bounced cheque return to me, i paid 5000 directly to his credit card account, even then i have contacted many time about the cheque and for the final installment amount of 6500 they are postponed we will contact our seniors and let you know, waited for the reply not got and even bank account hold is also not cleared, then after i have called many times and they said we will inform you, and i received calls that our cheque bounced and i have to pay that, after so many calls finally on september last week few people from hdfc came to our home i have explained what happened and they said they will not return the canceled cheques and asked me to pay the remaining amount 6500 and then it will be closed i have paid that on 5th october 6500 directly to the credit card account, from last 4 days i am receiving harassment calls from hdfc people with very bad language and browbeating not only me they are calling continuously to my all family member's including my mother and talking very badly with unusual words, i have explained everything what happened and tried to explain with your waiting only the delay happened but they didn't have patience at all and said i have to pay the remaining amount other wise they will see the end of me and my brother including my family members, i requested them to not call to my mother she is a patient, daily we are getting huge number of harassment calls, i have paid what is the settlement made for and delay happened by your hdfc persons not proper response, please reply me asap by validate the settlement and please provide me the clearance conformation that we can show to protect us from these people, please try to understand our family situation with your harassment calls, please understand our situation that we are waiting for your reply till that we have to live with our hearts in hand.

      [protected]@hdfcbank.com, Along with all the proofs, no any reply i got from them, And the harassment calls increased, continuously calling to all our family members numbers, Going to HRC to file a complaint, Could anyone please suggest me how to complain with HRC... Thanks

        Hi,

        I have a complaint that is charges related. Actually i don't know why i have been charged so much. I called customer care multiple times. I have emailed so many complaints. I have requested that pls tell me the reason why i have been charged. They say we don't know. But you have to pay. I have all the recordings. The collection department said if you maintain your cibil score you have to pay. I said why this 'dhamki'. I said i am ready to pay. Just tell me the amount which i have not paid by using card. I have paid every amount on time. Even then how is this possible to have such hug amount. Its my humble request to solve this problem. The whole amount charged is completely wrong. The company is harrasing again and again but saying "we will ruin your credit card. You have to pay the amount".

          amount held for the reason "mirevenue hold through gefu"

          I was credited rs200 through paytm in my salary account. Suddenly i saw that rs171.72 has been hold and reason is showing "mirevenue hold through gefu." in salary account mab maintenance is not mandatory then why this amount was hold my account? My account no is [protected] and my branch is bidhannagar. Please release the amount asap.

            Deat team,

            I had done a transaction of ₹1488.42 with txn id[protected]ye75re7 on 8th sept 2019 to a sbi account beneficiary. Money was deducted from the wallet but was not recieved by the beneficiary account and i did not get any refund for the same.

            I had contacted the payzapp team the very next day and i was assured that my refund will be initiated soon.

            After month or more of wait i see no refund initiated, so please look into the matter and do the needful.

              I have applied for a credit card on 4th october by submitted all the documents correctly to the representative that came to my office to collect it. I fulfilled all the criteria required for getting hdfc dinners black credit card (Salary, cibil score, work at reputated company, had all correct documents, originals verified by representative). But the card shows a 'decline' status. I did call the representative but he has no answer. There is no way to reach customer care and complain about the same. So posting it here. Please correct the mistake asap help me with the same.

                  I, pankaj s shah, am a credit card holder with your bank more than 10 years now. I was given this card enrollment form by one of your representatives against my salary account that time. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for these many years as the records would show in your systems as well.

                  During mid of november’18, due to many unavoidable circumstances like healthcare, hospitalization expenses and financial crises in family i voluntarily contacted the bank customer care no and requested to convert my current outstanding into equaling emi so that i could repay the same to the bank in coming 3-6 months, the cce gave me a tat of 3 working days and assured that someone from concerned department will contact and help me out, after which there was no call and revert on my query than again i contacted the cc team after 4 days and followed with them for almost twice but none of the time they were able to revert or provide any solution.

                  In december’18-january’19 i kept following through various customer care representatives from bank and requested the same but they all were asking me to pay min. Amount due to keep my card activated rather than giving any solution of closing the final outstanding.

                  Again in february’19, i received a call from another representative called ms. Geeta pandey, from the numbers : [protected], i explained her all the scenario and prima facie of the case, she assured me to get the o/s conversion into different emi’s by making immediate payment of rs. 8100 which i did and then again there was no revert from her and the matter was still unsolved.

                  I wanted to settle the amount to the bank. However, i am not able to pay anything more than rs.[protected]/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies at various occasions.

                  Below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, my neighbors due to your collection agency representatives recently which were so terrible and absurd at its best.

                  Ms. Rafia, ms. Supriya, ms. Yogita bhurade from collection agencies of hdfc bank started calling me and using very high tonned languages at the top of their tones from [protected]/[protected]/[protected] and the list goes on and on…

                  Ms. Rafia and ms. Supriya also called my parent’s, neighbors and threatening/harassing them by demanding to arrange a conference call with me while i am very much available on all my phone and had already informed them to get it settled with reasonable and pragmatic options.

                  They have already called my neighbors for almost 15 times since yesterday and has been very rude, aggressive and arrogant over the phone calls with my neighbors apart from my family members and are maligning my name, while i have made sure that i have received all their calls and requesting for the better options.
                  While i requested for the settlement, the agency people are demanding me with some unusual/weird options like pay rs. 75, 000 at one go, or pay rs. 1, 47, 000 for an emi option out of which 50% of rs. 1, 47, 000 as first installment payment or pay rs. 50, 000 but you will not receive any settlement letter from us/bank. Etc. Or else threatening me as we will keep calling/following with you and your near one's the way we are in present.

                  Like i have already suggested, i do want to settle it up, however, i need help from you as a bank officer in stopping such maligning and disturbing incidents.

                  Kindly suggest the actions taken against the agency and it's culprits and also help me to pay the hdfc bank only their it's authorized department and not through any external collection agencies as such.

                  Today, i have also spoke with hdfc bank credit card grievance department on[protected], with cce - mr. Sudhakar and have explained him all the incident and he has raised the complaint no - [protected] and request to the concerned team and they will contact me on my registered number within 2 working days.

                  Anticipating your revert and cooperation from you soon on same!

                        Hello sir, this is vikas soni and my hdfc bank account no is [protected] and the branch is in chhatarpur mp.
                        My account is a regular salary account where minimum balanced for my account is zero but they have deducted maintenance charge from my account not only for one month but for regular three months. I had given my complaint in chhatarpur hdfc branch 3-4 times and branch manager also spoken me that i'll get my full refund but after till now 3-4 months have gone and still i haven't received my refund which is rs 2130/- (710 x 3 months).
                        So kindly help me to provide my refund as soon as possible..
                        Total refund amount which has been deducted from my account is 2130/- rs.

                            Hi.. I am holding a policy with me with complaint no. 4936d.

                            It was sold tome by false commitments by mr akash so called their executive whose number is; [protected].
                            He committed that hdfc will give us loan of rs 1400000 on behalf of the policy but for that we have to buy it and hold it for some time.

                            Later on everything was found fraud and he changed his number. I request you please refund whatever amount is possible as i have paid 70000.
                            I am suffering from kidney failure i need money for treatment.

                                  I, Sreekanth Baddigam, a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399+GST from my credit card number ending with 7167 without my concern on date:30/10/2019. This was repeating since 3 years continuously and it has auto debited from credit card even after I cancelled the policy twice before. I am not at all interested about this membership/service and don't want this membership any more in future as well. So cancel the membership as soon as possible and refund the debited amount of Rs.1399 + GST as soon as possible.

                                    I have been in touch with rm for past 3 months to get my credir card application submitted, and i am told everyday that the person will be coming today itself.
                                    Rm is constantly unavailable currently. So i have raised complaint for same also. After rm assignment, i dropped a mail requesting her to contact me, which was her responsibility in first place. An application was submitted by me, which was not uploaded in system for 3 weeks. It was uploaded after i called to know the status. 2 weeks after that, when i called again i came to know that the application was rejected due to sign mismatch. Who's responsibility is it communicate?
                                    Now for 3 weeks, after 10s of calls, no communication with credit card team.
                                    Rm has been of no help, which was just to get a poc from card team, and have someone collect docs from me. My experience has been that these guys won't move a muscle unless customer rings that 100 times, and then may move a muscle.
                                    Frustrated so much now that i am closing my accounts with hdfc the first day the bank opens now.

                                      Dear sir, my credit card was returned due to wrong address. Now my address updated. Pls tell me how can I get my credit card? So many time I tried to contact credit card customer service number but contact not complied. Pls suggest me how can get credit card?
