HDFC Bank — Frustrating HDFC Bank Executives - Poor Administration/Service - Dont avail any service From This Bank ! | |||
Dear all, Am getting frequent calls from HDFC bank, Chennai branch . These are the below numbers +91 [protected] ; +91 [protected] . Basically am using my Airtel Mobile number for the past 3 years, For the past 4 to 5 months, I was getting frequent calls from the below numbers, Informing me that a person called Nesa rajan, from Karur district has purchased a credit card and have given my number as the reference number . In spite of clarifying them that I don't have any person with such contacts, They still continued to torture with calls, one fine day i called the customer call, almost spend 30 mins and 30 rupees, but only Ended up in waste of time, as they were changing the connection from one department to other, and the calls were cut, one executive answered, saying that the number cannot be de-linked, and he will check with superior . Still this call got cut !!! But with out Losing hope, I called umpteen times, but either line was busy [or] they have cut the line abruptly . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM, Luckily i dont have any HDFC businesss transactions, Poor service, Unnecessary cost spend for non-Issue of mine . This week again some lady called and asked the same query . She responded like Police agent and asked i will sue you . I said, if you know the Address details, kindly take action, But still she replied in unparliamentary words and irritated me, saying am hiding some data . Although I said, I tried to raise complaint, she was ragging me for compliant number. But the dump Executive didn't know, their customer service is already in a pathetic state . She was asking for my personal details, which I tried to hide . As I was never interested to reveal my details, because one fine day they will say, these are the same details in their database and add me as a victim, when i said this, The Executive again saying am Hiding data ? What a pathetic situation ? If this bank is global leaders, which they have automated in their voice service, This you can hear when u call the customer service !. But this Bank doesn't have the Ears to Listen Patiently to a Customer, who is never involved in any Transaction !!! Kindly Advice Experts, My sincere advice is HDFC Bank Service is Pathetic ! Long time back, i was thinking of taking an Insurance, as my friends were saying they had a gud policy ...I promise now, that i dont avail any service from HDFC . Was this information helpful? | |||
