[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Full & final settlement not done, so unable to get my pf amount

Dear sir/madam,

My name is twinkle agrawal, and my hdfc bank employee id was 142474.
My work tenure was[protected] to[protected], and worked as a branch sales officer.
And i sent my pf withdrawal form in march 2017, and i didn't get any response from their side.
So, i asked for the response from pad. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, that

{please note your pf settlement will be done only after your fnf settlement date.
Your full & final settlement is pending due to insufficient funds rs.703/- due excess salary paid in july 2015

Kindly fund rs.703 /- in ftbc a/c no [protected]

Plz note that no excess amt or less amt to be deposited in ftbc a/c, only the exact amt as per net recovery to be deposited.

Cheque favoring "hdfc bank ltd"

Narration as "f&f settlement & emp code"}.

This was the reply which i got, after two years they are asking me the money, also till date my full & final settlement has not been done.
Even i dont have any dues. Its their responsibilty to check whether the salary credited is correct or not.

And this 2 years duration i didnt got the single intimation about the same.
And when i asked to adjust the amount in full & final settlement.
I got a reply that they are unable to do that.

Please help me out with this as this is my right to get my settlement amount but they kept my money from the last 2 years.

Kindly help me in the best possible way, and please take strict action against them.
