I have already made full and final payment of the card outstanding amount way back in year 09/2014, and also requested for card closure. But to my surprise, i see that there is an outstanding amount for this card amounting to rs 2809.

I came to know about is as i see that my cibil score is affected due to an outstanding of this amount to hdfc.
When contacted hdfc customer support they were unable to pull out the records...

Subject - balance deduction at atm without cash
An amount of 7000 deducted on 29th april, 2017 from my account when i am trying to withdraw cash from sbbj atm from its bank branch at village gudachanderji, tehsil nadauti, karauli, - 322213, rajasthan (India) but no cash is received.
The amount is not refunded to me till now.

One Assist is a third party service provided by HDFC bank. How ever they did activate the service & charge the amount without my permission. when i complain to HDFC, they told me to directly contact One Assist. Seriously these one assist people dont have any manners how to talk, they talked rude and they told once the service activated cant be refunded . so it was a waste talk to them. so i told HDFC bank about these issues, now i got only...

Hdfc bank is refusing to give credit card statement to me for the past few months. I'm willing to pay the due but they are not responding . They are sending persons to collect minimum Due amount only. Due to this i may be charged interest multiple times . I could see the deduction of almost Rs 28, 815 from my savings account without any notice.
I did not use this money anywhere. There is no narration of this deduction in my statement. This is the cheap service of HDFC. They exploit their customer by using this trick.
I'm fed up of HDFC cheapness. I want to file a case against them.
Please help in getting this resolved asap....
