Locker charges

I have a locker with hdfc bank.. Which i wanted to surrender in january but the bank employee said you have already been charged till 2017 april so it is better to surrender in april.. I went to the branch in 2017 april they said you have already been charged on 2nd of april i am a senior citizen have a classic account with hdfc and the branch employe straight away very rudely said no sir nothing can be done.. This is very rude i escalated...

I am not getting OTP through net banking

If i try to add new benificiary through internet banking, i am not getiing otp on my registered mobile number, this problem occured since 3 months, i visited my home branch but they are not able to right answer, what i have to do for the solution, otp is the major problem in hdfc bank.

I am HDFC bank customer having account number [protected], I received message today around 1 am on 28 May, 17 that a transaction of 1630 is made on my debit card at global fusion, versova, however I have never done that transaction and the card was with me all the time, and I Was in Bandra at that time . Please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap. I am really surprised how this can happen without cvv, pin or password. Please resolve this issue.

    As I told you that Rs 3000 has been debited from my account but the same was not dispensed from ATM machine. I waited for 6-7 days but the amount was not reversed in my account. I asked from you to raise the complaint for the same but till the date money hasn't been refunded.

    Dear Customer,
    As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.

    We had raised a chargeback on acquiring bank’. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      My name is Samikshan Majumdar. I have a savings bank account (A/c no.:[protected]) with HDFC. Few months back I bought some products online with my HDFC Credit card. I have been paying my bills on a reg basis, except for the month of May since I have a few queries related to the charges levied by bank. Representatives call me on a regular basis and ask me to make the necessary payment. I inform them each and every time that I would love to make the payments, but I have a few queries since I have few doubts about the amount that I am supposed to pay.
      Non of the representatives have ever answered any of my questions. As soon as I ask them anything, either they reply with something that's totally unhelpful or they transfer my call to some other department and this keeps happening over and over again.
      Without informing me and without my consent they managed to deduct a hefty amount from.my account, but which they again credited back to my account. But how did they deduct the amount on the first place? That too without providing me with any information (account statement attached).

      Yesterday I received innumerable calls from a HDFC bank representative named Vivek ( contact no. [protected]). He said he was an employee of HDFC.
      He kept calling me and was trying to scare me by threatening to come to my house, bash me up and collect payment. I informed him that there's some issue which I need to straighten out about the charges levied and that I would make the payment soon.
      But he kept threatening me using awful language filled with abuses.
      I asked him to speak in a professional manner if he wanted to continue with the interaction. He kept abusing and threatening. Then I informed him that if he kept threatening me, then I might have to report it with the police, to which he answered with confidence that HDFC has connections and good relations with the police.

      Kindly guide me and help me.

          On dt 24-5-17 i tried to withdraw money from boi atm at jyothi nagar ramagundam. Money didn't came out due to cash end in atm but amount cut from my account and till date not refunded in my account. My card no ending 1262. No receipt also came from the atm.
          I have used my debit card at boi atm (Ramagundem, jyoti nagar) for cash withdrawl for rs4000.00
          The amount is cut from my account
          The atm is cash less and no cash came from atm.
          Also no receip came from the atm for my proof.
          I used hdfc debit card ending 1262.
          Pls help in getting my cash back.

            Hi my name is Narasimha,
            Recently i had credit card form HDFC Bank, then one assist debited 1299/- from my credit card. Without any manual info and any call, they are debited that money. I was called them, they are telling "We are not cashback that money but they will deactivate one assist membership". And one assist terms and conditions having "They will cash back 100% money if it will deactivate before 30 days of activation". I think they will run fraud company.

              My name is anisha, i had applied for a personal loan through hdfc bank. I am currently workin in tesco bangalore and my salary account is with hdfc bank. I applied for a personal loan online for 150000. I then had received a message from hdfc bank saying your personal loan application nmbr 48036378 is in principle approved for 150000. I submitted all d documents and completed all d process.. My tellecaller's name is sara who on d frst day told me tht the loan ll b processed n d nxt day by aftrnoon.. I waited for 2 days nd cald her.. Thn she told thg had a small doubt if i alrdy had a loan wth hdfc bank.. I cleared saying i dont.. Thn she told ok i ll process it rite now nd d loan ll b disbursed d nxt business day. Thn again i got a call tht i ll hv a house verification.. I told thm tht i hv office on friday dated 26th may, 2017 nd wont b available until 9 pm nd askd thm to send d guy n saturday.. Saturday i spoke wth d guy who told he ll cme n d aftrnoon bt did nt gv a tym.. I cald him again n d aftrnoon nd thn he said he ll only cme whn the field guy who collctd d documnt wud call n tell him to go.. Spoke wth sara n friday.. She told tht its showing negative n house verification.. Bt in reality it nvr hpnd.. I also tried reachin sara's manager.. Mr. Gaurav.. Who nvr pickd my call.. Nvr responded to my msg.. Nor to my email.. I think ths is really really unprofessional frm a nationalised renowned bank.. Plz undrstnd tht we customers r imp fr u to run d show.. Treat us properly.. Whn we do a mistake we r penalised.. Whn u do u hv an escape bcoz we dont say nethn n frgt n move on.. Plz undrstnd tht m a grl who s workin alone.. Livin in a city.. U dont hv d right to # around n waste my tym by blatantly lying n my face.. U either process d loan or reject.. Bt u hv no right to beat around d bush n waste my tym..                 Dear sir,

                On 8th may 2017, i went to a canara bank atm, khasra :- alipur, sonia vihar, 3rd pusta, delhi - 94 for withdrawing 10000rs. But money came out in uneven manner and by the time i collect all money it went back to the machine, leaving just 2000rs in my hand out of 10000rs.
                Complaint registered at customer care telephonically by reference number:- 1311725 dated[protected]. Apart from this cardholder dispute form also submitted to homebranch at bhikaji cama place, ug10, 11& 12 delhi-66 on 25th may, 2017.
                Customer care is asking to arrange cctv footage from canara bank,
                Canara bank, buradi branch is saying cctv footage will not be provided to customer directly, it will be given to only if hdfc bank raise complaint and ask for footage from them.
                Sio kindly help me in recovering my 8000 rs as soon as possible.

                  With no other option available, i am writing my complaint here against HDFC loan promotional calls. I keep getting promotional calls for HDFC loans everyday from different number. I had been blocking all the numbers but i am getting calls again and again from different number everyday. I had never every stepped in any of the HDFC banks in my entire life yet i am not sure why HDFC is interested in lending me loan. My mobile number is registered with DND and i had raised complaints several times with my service provider yet they were of no use. Hope i may get some help from here. I received call from [protected] on 27-May-2017(Saturday), upon ignoring and blocking she called me again from [protected] in 5 mins and started arguing with me. its very annoying and frustrating i am even getting calls in the weekends when i cant ignore the strange numbers as my clients will be calling me from different numbers.

                    I surrendered my locker no. 278 in HDFC MLA Colony branch before 31st March 2017. However, my bank account has been debited with locker rent charges of Rs, 8, 000 and service tax of Rs. 1, 762.50 in the month of April'2017. I have already brought this to the notice of branch, but did not receive any update from them. I have already followed up with them for couple of times. The relationship manager, Mr. Ranjith mentions that he is not responsible for the refund of my amount, as he did not initiate my locker process.

                    Also, in between i have received call from the head office team(they mentioned) that they require the signature on the locker rent closure form of some third person. However, the locker was only in the name of me and my husband. Not sure how their documentation process works. This is how they store the customer data.

                        I had taken a used car loan of 8 lacs on fortuner in oct 2015 for 36 months. I had paid 18 instalments of 27151.
                        The principal balance is 4, 40000/- now.
                        I contacted hdfc bank for pre closure they are asking 5.75% charges. App 25000.
                        It is a robbery.
                        I was told that no pre payment charges are applicable.
                        It is cheating.
                        What legal action can i take.
                        They are not ready to give in writing for the charges.

                          I recently went for an interview in hdfc bank at Gillander house, A block, Kolkata but I must say I was totally dissatisfied with the interviewer Mr. Neer Sen. Seems like he was not at all interested in taking interview. Firstly, I was waiting in the room for 1 hr because he was busy roaming outside and then when he came to take the interview he was just busy in his mobile. I know I went there for a job and I am a fresher but that does not mean that someone will treat a interviewee like that. I was so interested to join the bank but I was very disappointed.

                            I am owner of Toyota Fortuner 4x4 Automatic. My car came is stone pelting in Srinagar three times and accordingly I informed the hdfc ergo and got registered my all three claims well in time.
                            Due to shut down and disturbance in valley could not repair the vehicle. I received the letter from hdfc ergo that cases are closed due to docs not submitted whereas proper survey happened all three times and I submitted all required documents and accordingly I sent Mr.Naveen Munjal a detailed explanation regarding the same but they delayed in opening my cases again and just fifteen days back they told me that cases are opened and accordingly
                            I gave my car for repairing as they told me on telephone for the same but now they are refusing for one claim as they are ready to pay first and third claim but are doing tantrums in paying second claim as that time when stone pelters hit stones on my car, some stones got hit on my sons head due to which my attention was distracted and my car got out of the control and got banged with the front vehicle in which my cars front got involved and damaged and same time motorcycle hit my vehicle on back side also as the front vehicle some Tata load carrier has a rod outside with body which got pierced in my car front tyre due to which I could not move the car and same time they started hitting and breaking my car from all sides.
                            Same incidents were bought into the notice of hdfc ergo seniors also but they are also trying to escape the situation saying that it not relating with the situations as I think they are not understanding the situation especially when someone's family is also in car and what impact comes in the mind of kids suffering in the car that time.
                            Secondly I had a zero dep policy in which I could register as many accidents (infinity ) without any problem and I just needed to pay 1500/- bucks each then why I should take risk of making false cases or mixing four or five cases in three.
                            So I request to please help me out of this situation as I'm suffering a lot without my car.
                            I will also wait for couple of days for hdfc ergo to respond and solve my problem otherwise I will only left to move to consumer court or... for justice.

                              सर मै राजेश कुमार चौबे आपके बैंक का एक क्रेडिट कार्ड ले रखा हूँ।जिसका नं [protected] है।जिसका टोटल पेमेंट 69053.38/मुझे करनी है । महोदय 6 महीने पहले मै एक सड़क दुर्घटना मे बहुत ही बुरी तरह घायल हो गया था। संयोग से मै जिन्दा बच गया हू। अभी भी मेरे हाथ का आप्रेशन होना बाकी है। जिसमे दो से ढाई लाख रूपये का खर्चा है। इस वजह से मै पेमेन्ट नही करा पाया। इसके लिए मै क्षमाप्रार्थी हूँ। श्रीमान जी आज दिनांक 26/05/2017 को मेरे आफिस संसद भवन मे आफिस के फोन पर एक फोन आया कि मै पुलिस वाला हूँ।आप के आफिस के रिसेप्शन पर कोर्ट से सम्मन लेकर आया हूँ। तुम्हारे क्रेडिट कार्ड वाले ने भेजा है। जब मै उनसे उस नोटिस को लेने के लिए रिसेप्शन पर आने को कहा तो उन्होंने ने मुझे रिसेप्शन पर आने से मना किया और एक मुझे मोबाइल नंबर [protected] दिया और कहा कि मै उस पर बात करु।जब मै रिसेप्शन पर गया तो वहां पर कोई नहीं था।जब मै इस नंबर पर मै बात किया तो वो श्रीमान जी बैंक के मैनेजर बताया और कहा कि आज सारा पैसा तुरन्त जमा करा दो नही तो तुम्हारी नौकरी चली जायेगी मै सुमित्रा महाजन जो कि लोकसभा के अध्यक्ष है उनको पत्र लिखा था तो उन्होंने ये बात कही है।उन्होंने मुझे बहुत ही हरासमेंट कियाऔर नौकरी खाने कि धमकी दी।मुझसे उन्होंने चेक मागं रहे है। जब उनसे पुलिस वाले और सम्मन के बारे मे पुछा तो उन्होंने कहा की 20 अकबर रोड पर है। जब कि 20 अकबर रोड से मेरा कोई भी वास्ता नही है।वो जगह लोकसभा अध्यक्ष का आवास है। उस अवास का नाम लेकर मुझे धमकाने की कोशिश की गयी।मैने उनसे बहुत ही विनती की कि मुझे कुछ समय दिजिये । लेकिन वो नही मान रहे है। महोदय मै ये भी कहा कि मेरा EMI बना दो लेकिन वो महोदय मेरी बात सुनने को राजी नही। सर जी उन्होंने मेरे साथ बहुत ही बुरा बर्ताव किया।बार बार नौकरी जाने का धमकी दे रहे थे।आप ही बताइए नौकरी जाना इतना आसान बात होता है।मै सारा पैसा जमा करा दुंगा।लेकिन धीरे धीरे आप मेरा EMI बनवा दिजिये।मेरा नं भी बदल गया है मेरा नया नंबर [protected] है।श्रीमान जी आप उस बैंक मैनेजर से कहिए की मुझे हरासमेंट न करे एवं किसी दुसरे से मुझे फोन न कराये।उन्हें अगर कानुनी कार्य करना है तो करे । लेकिन ब्लैक मेल न करे।नही तो मजबुरन मुझे ग्राहक कोर्ट की शरण लेनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि मेरा अभी इलाज चल रहा है।मुझे मालूम है कि कोर्ट मे पैसा जमा करने के लिए मुझे समय मील जाएगा।मै अपना मेडिकल रिपोर्ट कोर्ट मे पेस भी करुंगा। और मुझे लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के नाम पर जो धमकी दिया गया मै लोकसभा अध्यक्ष के आफिस मे उक्त मैनेजर ने जो कहा उस बारे भी एक पत्र लिखकर हकीकत का पता करुंगा।अगर जो बाते उसने कही है अगर गलत पाई गयी तो उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने के लिए मै उसी आफिस मे निवेदन करूंगा कि आप के नाम पर मुझे हरासमेंट करने एवं नौकरी की धमकी दिया जा रहा है।
                              अतः श्रीमान जी से मेरा नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्याओं को ध्यान मे रखते हुए मे कार्ड का EMI बनवाने का कष्ट करे ताकि मै उसका पेमेंट कर सकु।एवं मैनेजर साहब को सख्त हिदायत दे कि ग्राहको से नम्रतापूर्वक व्यवहार करे एवं सहयोग करे। मेरा नया मोबाईल नंबर [protected] मेरे कार्ड पर रजिस्टर करे।

                                Hi, today i got rs.64 deducted from my hdfc account by the narration of dc intl pos txn markup+ st[protected]. I didn't make any transaction. Why did this happen?? I want a valid reason and i want my money back. Hope you resolve the issue soon. Is hdfc not secure? I have googled and seen many such cases. How is this happening? Does hdfc take care of its customers this way??

                                Debit Card usage for withdrawal at International ATMs will attract a charge of Rs 25 per balance enquiry and Rs 125 per cash withdrawal ( plus taxes).

                                There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + 3.5% Foreign Currency markup + Difference in foreign currency Rate( Its the difference in foreign currency rate on date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}).

                                Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction.

                                  My name is joydeep bhattacharya. I have submitted for a basic hdfc credit card. The hdfc executive told me the itr for last two years should be above 2 lakhs per year. And kyc needed.

                                  So i submitted the kyc along with the itr, after few days i got the application reference number and after few days when i saw the status of my card. It was dispparoved due to some signature mismatch. I have filled up the declaration form and one of the executive have sent the application again.

                                  Sudenly today i got this msg from them:

                                  We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                                  Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability.

                                  We would be pleased to provide any other assistance/service that you may require.

                                  — i respect the banking decisions but i want to know why my application rejected? The cause is the itr or kyc?

                                  Can you please help me finding the reason behind it.

                                    I had done mutal addjustment as hdfc said regarding my credit card no [protected]in dec 2015 but still the amont is been refected in my sarlary account as -38000 so i went to credit card dept in andheri near saki naki mr nikhil udas attend me he conformed no outstanding pending on my credit card account he has raise to dilinked the credit card link from my account which is [protected].in jb branch andheri but i ?
