Hlo as i have received call from hdfc-bank chandigarh-sec-9 on 19th may-17 and her name is priyanka and number is [protected] and she assured me there will be no issue in credit card process and i asked her may times before applying plz check as i donot want to waste my docs if it gets rejected but she assured me will be done without any hassle.
I received an sms stating that we acknowledge your hdfc credit card appln cc31785268 under ref no-[protected]ny and now after 1-week i have received a mail form hdfc bank that application has been rejected no reason shared request kindly share reason and give back my all docs which i have submitted to hdfc bank...

Still not update from HDFC very very very disappointing i will ask all my colleagues to switch over to other bank as HDFC is big FRAUD..No issue i will disconnect all my HDFC account holders.

now almost 1 month is over still i didn't get any confirmation from bank.

    I was charged for voucher generation on my hdfc regalia card ending with 6144

    I am using this feature from the last more than 2 years, never happened any charges.

    HDFC suddenly charged fee for voucher generation with out intimating me before. I raised the concern with HDFC to roll back the charges, but they are responding irrelevantly and by passing the real issue "Charges with out intimating me before"

      I have done transaction on 15th may using hdfc credit card at flipkart. First transaction failed because of invalid otp, then i re-do full transaction with valid otp for an amount of 13131/-.

      When i get credit card bill that 2 transactions bank processed amount, and in statement they gave 15th may 13131/-, also 16th may 13131/-. I didnt even used my credit card on 16th may.

      I suspected even for wrong otp bank processed amount so i should contact bank for getting back my money. But bank people said money with flipkart merchant. How bank people will process amount for invalid otp, that means if we lost our card, if some fake person used credit card with invalid otp then also bank will allow him use itseems.

      Then i asked flipkart people for my money they said they got payment only once and they gave transaction id's and all details what happened actuallay.

      Then again when i contacted hdfc with transaction details and all, they said raise a written mail complaint we will investigate which not sure how many days they will take and process the refund.

      Now because of bank mistake i have lost amount and i have to pay credit card bill for unused amount.

      Even after raise complaint to bank they not even responded till now anything.

          Hello,

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and when i joined another company after couple of years i again had to open the account in HDFC as i didn't had details of the prior account of HDFC. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account without informing me i had called my customer relationship manager and raised a request to close my account which he agreed as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. But uptil now the account is not yet closed and both the account are in debit and i did not receive any prior intimation about the charges but suddenly i received an email from them about the debt in the account. I wish to close both my accounts and i am not willing to pay the charges as i was not been informed during opening the account that their is any charges involved for non-maintenance of the account.

            Hello sir,
            I got a call from some bunch of agents who were saying they are calling from irda and said that we have dd amount of 854490 which is against of your insuarance. If you want to release this amount you have to submit 250000 in bank account... What should i do. Should i complaint? They call me continue and thretened me that if you r not giving money your all hdfc life insuarnce will be dismissed from the company... And you are the no owner of any insuarnce will be not serviced by hdfc insuarnce company.

              I have get two-wheeler loan no[protected] through centurion bank, i was making the payments on time, however i just missed 1 installment due to the loss of job and the recover agents came to my home and took the motor bike while putting the knife on my neck, however i didnt filed any complaint regarding the same, as i was at fault for missing out the 1 emi.

              I even tried contact the bank several time to make the payment and take the motor bike back, however there was no respond from the bank side. I was checking my cibil report then i came to know they have reported the account on my cibil report even though, they recovered the vehicle and made more money than they were suppose to as they sold the motor bike.

              My loan account number is 2011k46267561. Kindly let me know further course of action to resolve this issue, should i hire a lawyer to file a law suit against the bank for ruining my cibil report and sending recovery agents at my home

                This is to inform all the indian citizens, that hdfc bank harassed by calling our land line no 5 times and to brothers mobile phone around 35 times in just one day.

                My brother had taken a personal loan and there was delay in repaying it. Inspite of repeated assurances that the loan will be repaid on 1st june (Today is 29th may), the cc loan dept kept calling and disturbing our parents who are 75 yrs old.

                When contacted customer care requesting them not to harass either the my brother or my parents they responded back in negative to the request made. The way the customer is being treated is very pathetic. Not sure who trained the cc loan recovery team to use filthy languages against the customers.

                I have requested my brother to completely settle the loan on jun 1st and close all the savings bank acc and to surrender the credit cards that was issued by the hdfc bank. Hope the bank understands that customer is the king in any business.

                I request all the customers to give a thought whether to continue business with hdfc bank or to teach them a lesson in the same way we did. Hope you will make a right decision!

                    Dear sirs, i am suresh kumar availed car loan and top up loan ac no:31360124, and top up loan pre-closed, as i sold my vehicle no:ap 37 bv 3228, the balance amount of the loan liquidated at hdfc bhimavaram branch on 21-5-17, learnt that the noc will be issued within 3 days, till date there is ni information about the closure of o/s by sms or no answer to the phone no:[protected], finally, i was shocked to know today i. E., on 28-5-17, answering my call informed that it will take 20 days to get noc, otherwise i have to pay rs.500/- to get duplicate, without issuing the original. I have handed over my vehicle to the purchaser and he is eagerly waiting to transfer the vehicle in his name at an earliest. Kindly arrange to get my noc and related documents at an earliest, and inform the concerned staff to give correct information properly.

They updated wrong mobile number. I contacted to hdfc credit card customer care but they rejected my request and suggest me for again resubmit mobile no. Change form. It's not my mistake. Please update my correct mobile number otherwise i will not pay credit card payment.

                          Sir/mam,

                          I am Bhuvaneswari N, I have use the credit card number [protected], in this card, bank added one credit card insurance policy Rs.1299/_ and convert loan as 3 month EMI, without my knowledge. One month EMI Rs.427/_also auto paid.

                          I contact customer care and one assist team, they take complaints. In lot of conversation they refund, half of the amount Rs.649/_. Now one assist team tell that you used one month policy, so we refund only half of the amount. Also they take loan service tax etc..

                          Without my knowledge, they added a policy, converted loan and take money. I used very small transaction in my credit card. I am middle class people. Kindly refund my money.

                            There is no intimation that Rs.172.50/-. has been deducted my account, Please let know the reason for the debit. This behavior is not good at all. The HDFC is known as second largest bank, but bank executive are not trained at all to inform customers about such charges.

                                I had a salary account with HDFC. I left India to pursue my further education and did not maintain the minimum account balance and I required funds for my education. I understand that there will be come penalty for the same, but HDFC has charged me OVER Rs. 7, 500!!! THIS IS INSANE.
                                A payment of rs. 1815 was made on saturday night to kfc outlet. the money was deducted from the account immediately however payment was not actually made. also the refund of money was not done till date.

                                    I have HDFC savings accounts which i am operating from couple of years, i use my savings account very rigrously, keep my FDs n RDs in these accounts coz i have had high trust factor on HDFC due to my relationship with branch, i have opened my demat account where i do trading, i have taken my 4 Policy as well from HDFC including Term Plan. My all the HDFC bank details have been provided to a person who was known to me though and he is blackmailing me to get all the money. I myself have seen all my bank details in his hand which only could be given through some branch. It is breach of Privacy at the end of HDFC which landed up me in high level of trouble, my security is on verge of finish. That person is demanding 4.5lakh seeing the funds availability in my account, providing customer information to someone for whatsoever reason is not at all toelrable and i wish to sue HDFC for the same.

                                      I didn't get any notification from hdfc bank and they deduct 115 from my account.

                                      One side you are making classic customer in free and one side deduct 115 rs from account without informing. One side you are telling all services are free and taking hidden charge.

                                      I called in customer care and now 115 rs will deduct quarterly. Such a really cheater bank and cheating with customer. You will loose the customer.

                                      Hope you can remove this charges.

                                        Below are contents of my complaint which i had submitted to hdfc and nhb (Grids portal) but even after lot of follow up no one responding -

                                        Floating rate home loans – interest rate is auto floating only for upward revision – in case downward revision – need to apply manually along with fee – big violation of law
                                        I am writing this complaint to highlight the unethical practice followed by hdfc ltd
                                        Issues are as follows:-

                                        I have taken inr 19.5 l floating interest rate home loan. At the time of loan issue on mar, 2013, the roi was @10.05%. Spread - 6.25%. Rplr at that time was 16.3%.

                                        On 11th apr, 2017, came to know that hdfc ltd is offering roi @ 8.50% with spread - 7.65% (For new customers) and kept the rplr at 16.15% (With minute change). So the new customers (With same/similar credit risk) will get the loan at 8.50% while the old customers (Including me) need to pay at the same rate of 9.90%. This way hdfc ltd. Is not honouring agreement of keeping the rate variable as per market.

                                        Historically as well hdfc ltd. Haven’t passed on the benefits of falling interest rates to the customers. On the other hand hdfc ltd. Have always been front runner in increasing the rate. Whenever there was repo increase by rbi, hdfc ltd increase there roi but against repo decline hdfc ltd. Rarely acted upon.

                                        As per update given to me by hdfc ltd representative, if i need to reset my rate as per current offers, i need to pay inr 3736 /-, which means if i will pay this amount, hdfc ltd will make my rate spread of -7.5 % (Which is at present -6.25%) at current rplr of 16.15% i. E. Effective roi to me will be 8.65%,

                                        But why? Our loan agreement is variable then why do i need to pay this fee? In other words hdfc is asking me a fee to honour there part of the agreement that is to reset the rates as per market. It is completely wrong, illegal and baseless. Also why roi is 8.50 % for new borrowers and for existing it like me it is 8.65 % that also of fee.

                                        So i request authorities to take required action against all these unethical practices followed by hdfc ltd. Executives, so that my loan rate could be corrected retrospectively as per change in market rate since beginning of agreement.
