HDFC Bank — Gap interest charges and higher processing fees

Hi I have taken a personal loan from HDFC bank through paisa bazaar.
Initially when i asked the hdfc person about fee deduction the person said that it would be around 3000 (gst) eveñ though i agree because some one else from hdfc said only 2399 + gst will be deducted only.
But at the time of disbursal around 7000 rupees is deducted which include processing fee of 4719 rupees and other charges as Gap interest charges. I asked hdfc customer care they said no such charges are deducted from our end. Please cordinate with the person who is involved in the disbursement. They are saying bank will charge interest till the first emi will be taken. It is unauthentic or you can say fraud thing done to me by the bank. I am filing this complaint to refund back the amount deducted else i will go to higher authorities for the same
