Hello,

I invested Rs.150, 000 over that last three years on "Sar Utha Ke Jiyo" policy with HDFC SL and the value just kept diminishing. According to the HDFC SL team the current value of the policy is appx Rs.123000. I was informed to pay 30% towards surrender charges for en-cashing the policy if I do not pay the premium amount for the coming 2 years.

I am confused and unable to decide, where to invest...

On 14th Feb There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

Rs. 421.28 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 03rd March morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing...

With reference to my complaint dated 20/12/2012, regarding tele-marketing calls, I got 3 emails from HDFC Bank, 1 from Mr. Neville(28/12/12) and 2 from Mr. Arun C (03/03/2012 and 28/12/12), all of them who call themselves manager. All the mails are available in this mail also for your reference.

HDFC Ergo is unnecessarily delaying the cancellation of the policy in spite of multiple requests through email & phone. They are going on deducting the premium through my HDFC Credit card. I was assured by their Customer Care representative (Mr. Anand – Telephone #[protected] from Mumbai on 4th Dec '12 that no further deductions will be made and the amount deducted previously will be refunded before my bill date (17th Dec '12)....

I had a credit card issued by HDFC Bank in 2005. There was a dispute over one of the items and I disagreed with their findings. They kept on adding late charges to that, and in 2009 I discontinued the card with them by cutting it into two and mailing it back to them. i have opted Two Wheeler Loan from HDFC Bank which has been cleared in Dec 2011 but i didn`t recieve my NOC tIll now as per HDFC Bank if amount is cleared then NOC get delivered at mailing address automatically & i have waited till 3 months but not recieved then i have visited hdfc centre for the same where they asked 250/-rs from me to get NOC it means that i have given Intrest on the amount which has been cleared & no EMI was reversed...

On[protected] Morning around 02:14, I got 3 SMSs stating that a transaction of 14000 Rs., 15500 Rs. and 18100 Rs. has been done in ETSAFE POS D at NETSAFE on my HDFC Credit card.

I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning I called the Customer care and blocked the card.

Today i went to hdfc bank, thakur complex branch to get my dmat account address changed. I was shocked to hear from them that thay do not accept aadhar card as proof of address it can be taken only as proof of identity. Isn't it surprising that the government is spending so much as well as taking pains to get aadhar card done but our institutions are not accepting it as a proof of address. I feel some corrective measures are required...

hello i have been charged rs 110.30 as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 101211 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours....
