ASD charges

Last month itself they have deducted Rs. 1800 from my account, this is not a first incident for last 2 years the bank is charging ASD. Sar Utha Ke Jiyo - will put your head down

Hello,

I invested Rs.150, 000 over that last three years on "Sar Utha Ke Jiyo" policy with HDFC SL and the value just kept diminishing. According to the HDFC SL team the current value of the policy is appx Rs.123000. I was informed to pay 30% towards surrender charges for en-cashing the policy if I do not pay the premium amount for the coming 2 years.

DCD BANK CHARGES

On 14th Feb There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

Rs. 421.28 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 03rd March morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. With reference to my complaint dated 20/12/2012, regarding tele-marketing calls, I got 3 emails from HDFC Bank, 1 from Mr. Neville(28/12/12) and 2 from Mr. Arun C (03/03/2012 and 28/12/12), all of them who call themselves manager. All the mails are available in this mail also for your reference.

Credit card debited without consent of Consumer

HDFC Ergo is unnecessarily delaying the cancellation of the policy in spite of multiple requests through email & phone. They are going on deducting the premium through my HDFC Credit card. Credit card overcharge and harassment calls

I had a credit card issued by HDFC Bank in 2005. There was a dispute over one of the items and I disagreed with their findings. They kept on adding late charges to that, and in 2009 I discontinued the card with them by cutting it into two and mailing it back to them. Dispute transaction

On[protected] Morning around 02:14, I got 3 SMSs stating that a transaction of 14000 Rs., 15500 Rs. and 18100 Rs. has been done in ETSAFE POS D at NETSAFE on my HDFC Credit card.

Non acceptance of aadhar card as address proof

Today i went to hdfc bank, thakur complex branch to get my dmat account address changed. I was shocked to hear from them that thay do not accept aadhar card as proof of address it can be taken only as proof of identity. Isn't it surprising that the government is spending so much as well as taking pains to get aadhar card done but our institutions are not accepting it as a proof of address. hello i have been charged rs 110.30 as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 101211 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours....
