[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Gap Interest deducted without prior intimation before loan amount disbursed

I have taken personal loan from hdfc bank after lot of negotiations for processing fee for almost 20 days which was come down to 1999, so everything fine to me with details as below and agreed to take the loan with hdfc.

Details :
Roi 11%, 48 emis each em i 25846 pf: 1999

Loan amount approved was 10 lakhs, but before disbursing the amount i have asked about the deductions and breakup details.
Presale girl told me about the insurance, processing fee and insurance amount will be credited back in to my account with in a week time as i was not interested to insure the loan amount.

When i see the amount disbursed it was 987657 rupees then i have called up asked why was it so, then she told me about interest deducted around 4000 rupees which was not informed prior to disbursement for the days from 25th april 2017 to 7th may 2017 as it was not falling in to the cycle they have deducted the gap interest without prior intimation which i considered as cheating.

Please let me know how can i get back my deducted amount for gap interest which was not informed me prior else i would have asked them to disburse the amount so that it will fall in to exact emi cycle as per the bank policy.
