HDFC Bank — Gold Loan not linked with Savings Account

I had applied for an HDFC Gold Loan under application reference number[protected] on July 22nd, 2025. Later on, the same day, the gold loan was approved under application number [protected] and the same was disbursed in my HDFC salary account ending with 6754.
The concerned person told me that in the next 2-3 days, I will be able to see my loan account linked with my salary account and the monthly interest payment will be auto debited from the account. Additionally, I can pay the extra payment upto 20K online. However, even after repeated requests; the account is not linked and the monthly interest is getting debited. Kindly help to get the gold loan account linked at the earliest so that I can take necessary action including part payments.
