HDFC Bank — got refund with arn number but money not credited to my bank account

I got refund with arn number from booking.com on 24/12/2019 amounting 1000 inr but the amount hasn't yet reflected in the transferred bank account. I even tried to contact hdfc customer service but they said they don't know anything about anr number.
