I tried to reach hdfc they asked me to call a helpline where no one picks up. I cant recharge or use my fastag what utter non-professional way to handle customer complaints.

I have a savings account with HDFC bank. On 24th of January 2019, rs 5000 has been debited from my acc stating some ach debit charge. I do not have any loan no credit card. No intimation from bank wht these charges are all about. I need my refund of this amount asap
I have received my hdfc fastag from the showroom but after a period of 1month also I haven't received any welcome mail.
