[Resolved] HDFC Bank — got refund with arn number. but not credited amount to my bank account

I got two refund with arn number from aliexpress.com on the dates[protected] and[protected]. But amount is not credited to my account. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service not responding. Arn number is below for each refund : First one arn : 05438648227070000122843 Second one arn : 50438648229090000100266 Kindly help on this issue.. Regards Panner Was this information helpful? I have cancelled my order of Mi Smart TV from flipkart as i didn't choose the EMI term to my favour. I have cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi. After which the seller had refunded the amount, but not yet reflected in my credit card balance, as i was told it would be Credited back by 24/9/20 i.e yesterday
I request hdfc bank to kindly help me out to my queries as soon as posible.
My last no of credit card - 0677
