I think it is the poorest service provider bank in the whole country. My application no.[protected]o1, which i submitted appx. 3 months ago. The executives have asked for my documents for more than 5 times and today i when i tracked the application it shows disapproved because of some they don't have required documents.
The executives are so irresponsible towards customer and zero customer centricity is there. They opened my account...

request for cancellation of hdfc life uday proposal

I want to cancell my hdfc life uday proposal but no response from hdfc life.
Hdfc life agent told me to sent an e-mail, but no action taken after e-mail was sent several times.
Proposal have many wrong information and premium deducted was converted into emi without my consent.
I want to cancell the proposal.
No money refund till date.
Also it was said no documentation required, but they asked to submit different...

cash back not received.

I have made a jwellery purchase from tanishq, chandigarh on 28.07.18 for rs. 100, 000/- using my hdfc bank debit card, and as per then running campaign, i was supposed to get a 5 % cash back, but even after almost 3 months, the cash back is not reced.

When i wrote to bank, the replied as follows:

one assist cancellation of plan

I requested for cancellation of plan but they are not cancelling the service instead they are convincing me to continue the service, forcing me to accept the plan, i don't know what to do, amount is debited from my credit card, i have to pay money for credit card but i am not interested to pay money. Its really a compulsion for me. Its a single plan. Each day i called them to cancel the service but they keep on explaining the service provided...

cashback offer on my consumer durable loan

I brought for iPhone from flipcart then my mood changed I cancelled the order. Flipcard retured the same amount from which I purchased the iPhone but from HDFC there is amount is duducted 74559.16 which not this amount of iPhone.

1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter

2. Inst-alert chg inc gst jul-sep2017 charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging

They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

I am not sure how to resolve this please advice......

unknown transaction issue

refund amount not reversed in credit card

I placed the order on flipkart amount rs 11331.00 on 11 october 2018 and dye to some reason i cancelled it on 19 october 2018. For refund of money i contact to flipkart and then they told me that they have already refund my money on 19 oct 2018 and in case of any delay contact to your bank with refund reference number[protected].

refund for a failed transaction

I have booked a tatkal ticket on irctc on 12th october 2018, money has been deducted but ticket not yet confirmed . I contacted irctc they said money has not been credited in to their account& asked me to contact concerned bank. In the failed transaction it is showing "no response from bank".iam attaching the screen shot of failed transaction. I conducted transaction through net banking....

Hello team

I had posted the query about my credit card being suspended and not able to use it.
Due to some reasons i could not clear the amount on time. However when i joined the new company they made me open the account in hdfc bank. I then linked my salary account to the card. Once the card was linked, the money was automatically paid to the bank and have no standing dues against hdfc. However i am still not able...

cancellation of one assist membership

I am an hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- + 500 (Over limit fee) from my credit card number ending with 0219 without my concern on date:25/10/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So, cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 2399/- (1899/- + 500/-). Otherwise, i wish to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.
