[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Harassment | |||
I am sick an tired of hdfc bank associates calling me for offers against my car. I am seriously stressed out every time i hear, "hello ma'am xyz calling from hdfc bank. Aapne gaadi lee thi/ you got your car financed and we have offers against the car." Offers made on the phone are: -cash loan -personal loan -two wheeler loan (Seriously? I bought a car and they are offering me a two wheeler now?!!) I am so sick of being polite i feel like screaming. This is mental torture. I get up to 3 calls a day at least 4 days a week. I have said i do not want the offers. I have asked all of them to stop calling and some stubborn people are smart enough to call again as if no conversation has happened before. That's when i started storing numbers. I have received calls from vasant vihar branch, ito branch, pitampura branch, gurgaon branch among others and i don't even have an account with any of them! I just want the calling to stop! I cannot handle it anymore. It ruins my day and gets me so angry it takes almost an hour to calm down. I just cannot deal with these calls anymore. I have registered for their do not disturb service to no avail. Why should it days 45 days to deactivate their calling when it takes a day to start calling?? I have been on airtel's full dnd since 2008 and yet there is nothing i can do to stop these calls. I have complained on twitter. Written official complaints from my email id and nothing seems to work. I need this resolved at the earliest before i start giving these numbers to the police. Was this information helpful? | |||
