[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment from credit card payment collectors | |||
I m a doctor professionally..I have hdfc credit card since last 7-8 years. since then it was smooth transection. I got pregnant in June 2018 .. since then I started financial up downs as I had to stop practice for 9 mnth due to my health issues..after my delivery just in 2 months I resume my work ..in this period hdfc card was overdue ..it's limit was 50000 . In June 2019 as I credit card collectors ( Archana ) started calling me...tht they have increased AMT till 77000/- I told make waver of penalty as it's really huge...I LL pay whatever credit card actual AMT with it's interest n give me closure letter...they didn't ready for it n was forcing me to do settlement.i was not ready for settlement letter..so she started using high tone.on 19 th Jun she called me 20-30 times repeatedly ...also she started giving dhamki that she will start to call my husband to pay my dues in his office... as I make it silent because got harrased by her ..then she called continue to my uncle's no. Mr Santosh tamhankar...also to my other relative Mrs sujata Gaikwad Gore...n started abusing them...I need a help urgently or otherwise it's really intending for end my life...
