I had a salary account in HDFC Bank and that is converted into saving bank account as I left the company. I was not aware about any negative balance that has been imposed by HDFC bank because of non-maintenance of minimum balance which is against RBI Rules.

Today I deposited Rs.16800/- to continue my account, however It is noted that HDFC has deducted an amount of Rs 8800/- from the subject deposit.

Hence in this regard request you to revert the deducted amount as soon as possible.

    Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 1.5 years i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 6 months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

      I booked some international flight from my card and after some days bank deduct a huge amount from my account as a post transaction charge around 10k can I get my money back in my account it is showing this- .DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST . Should I close my account or I can get my money back because they deduct a huge amount

        Dear Team, It is inform you that I have applied for home loan on 3rd June for which I have provided all the required documents and cheque of amount 3540/-. According to your concern person home loan would be sanction by HDFC within week after submission of docs. But your team didn't communicate the major pendency after two weeks as well. So it was assuming by customer that nothing is pending from customer side so once we have called on 17th June then again one major pendency has been raised by your team. Why everything is not communicated to customer in first go? It is totally disappointing how this reputed bank can do these silly mistakes as team didn't communicate properly. Now i don't want to take loan from HDFC as already it’s too late and waste our time unnecessary. Please cancel the further action regarding my loan. Also its request you to that kindly help to return my all documents with refundable amount of cheque 3540/-.
        Please take this on priority and now help to your customer for refunding the amount 3540/-with submitted documents to your concern person and avoid to delaying the things.

          I have paid all the money for my credit card settlement. But collection department person is not updating the payment. And because of them my car loan noc is pending. We visit the branch many times. But resolution provided by the bank. They are doing harassment and using wrong words to us. I do have all the recording.               I just saw that INR. 885 has been debited from my account no #[protected].

              I am not sure what kind of card has been given to me, I don't even use that. This is a huge amount which I am not willing to pay anymore.

              What is the procedure to discontinue that card and how to get refund?

                        I ordered an I phone from jio .com on 16/5/2019 through emi on my credit card. I cancelled this order on 17/5/2019. Jio.com sent me a mail and said order is canceled and amount refunded. But to my horror I found in my statement that emi instalment was cut. I asked HDFC coustomer team but they told no funds refunded. Again I asked jio.com and they say refund was done on 17/05/2019itself and sent me a mail which gave detail like ARN, date and time. I forwarded the same to coustomerservies.[protected]@hdfc.com as was told to me by hdfc customer care but still nothing has been done and loan amount is active also my due date for paying is coming nearer,
                        I am feeling helpless. Can I go to court as both parties particularly HDFC BANK is taking it very lightly.

                          Today i vistied HDFC bank to get my atm which is stucked in atm machine 5 days before in between that when on second day i went there they asked me to bring an ID card of photostate of it nothing else so when i visited there after 5 days because i am busy they said they had destroyed my atm i said u should place a notice or wall or board or should inform me. The bank manager with full attitude you should be aware your self when i said you should tell me one he said we do not tell go to RBI or any place where you want to go I do not care. Is bank staff there for helping the coustomer or to show them the attitude?

                            I was filling my exam form from DAVV mp online portal whose merchant bank is hdfc bank on 11 June 2019. The amount was debuted from my account due to the error of the bank and the payment status was undone and here since 7 days already passed and no refund message or notification came. Please help me out and refund as soon as possible.

                              I Nirmal Puri, holding credit card 5459 xxxx xxxx 9569 . I had received an upgraded credit card few months back, although I'm not able to reset my credit card pin . The otp received by me got expired, post that I've tried contacting the customer care for pin generation . The phone no registered with the bank is [protected]. This no is registered for one more family card . The pin generation is failing because of that . I also gave a request for change of no and address . The address got updated but the number has not changed . Due to this I'm not able to receive my otp . The customer care has been of no help in resolving my issue . I've been using Hdfc credit cards for a very long time but to my surprise this is the first time I've experienced such an issue . I request the Hdfc credit cards team to resolve my issue at the earliest .

                                I Mohd Rehan Siddiqui, R/o 183 Ekta Vihar Sector- 6 R.K.Puram New Delhi, had a credit card of your bank . In March 2019 I have lost my card, then I called customer care. Over the phone I have blocked it permanently and did not request for new card when executive insist me. I told her am not in need of this as it would cost me of Rs 500 annual charge that would be applicable in May 2019. So I request her to closed it permanently after paying all my outstanding amount so that I do not have to pay annual charges before 3 months. She said okay no problem we will block it permanently and you don't have to pay annual charges further any more. On 16th of June am getting email for annual charges for new card that I have not applied for, even I don't have any credit card of your bank.
                                Please resolve this issue.

                                As per our records, your credit card ending 9368 has been blocked as lost. Accordingly, your card account details has been transferred to the new credit card ending 3978. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not dispatched to your mailing address since you had not placed a request for card reissuance at that time of blocking your credit card account. In view of the same, your account remained active and membership fee as applicable was levied to your card account. We request you to forward us a duly signed letter seeking closure of credit card to the following address to enable us to do the needful - HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041. For security reasons, we would be unable to process card closure request received through e-mail / Post.

                                  I am a customer of Hdfc bank. My all transactions are through HDFC bank only. My previous personal loan was approx. 10 lakhs, at that time I was working in India as a Scientist B, under Indian Council of Medical Research.

                                  On 12th june 2019 an unauthorized transaction done with my regalia credit card rs. 15000/- i have complaint to customer care but problem not resolve till now. Now unbilled amount is displayed in the statement. Please resolve my problem and and refund the amount in my credit card account. i have many time time to customer care they block my old card and sent new card but deducted amount not refunded till now.

                                    Yesterday morning an HDFC employee called me for payment of credit card. I respectfully said that the payment will be delayed, give me a time up to 20th June, 2019 and pay asap. He did not listen to me continuously shouting on me and threatening me. I cut the call and he continuously call me again and again i pick the call and tell him to do not call me tell another executive to call me and talk to me he did not listen me and call me again and again. I will message him to if you call me i will file the FIR against you. Today he is call me in the morning and treat me that i am going to your house.

                                    Bank has clear my view that bank has to right to going my house without my permission and knowledge. If this person is harm my little daughter and my mother so what can i do.
