wave off financial charges and late fees

The bank converted my salary account into the saving account without informing me and there are charges on that account. I am not receiving otp while registering my fastag online. Tried several times, even the call center guys aren't able to help. So topping up my account is not possible and they can't do it over the phone using a credit card. I saw similar complaints about otps not received dated as far back as feb last year. Hdfc credit card application reference no. : 19e[protected]s2 was declined. No reason was provided for declining. Also its not possible to speak to anybody on hdfc customer care number on this. Only way is to check status online.
Please let me know the exact reason exclusively for my case and not a generic copy-paste text response common for all. According to me my eligibility and documents were good enough.

worst service - no proper respond even from hdfc nodal officer

I swipped 7900rs in Nexa showroom in Porur on May 20. The transaction was not successful and I do have reverted receipt with me. Hence I proceeded with second swipe on 22 May. Now that I see my account has been debited twice and when I raised the same with customer care executive then "No proper response " & I raised the issue with HDFC Nodal officer the "No response".

hdfc credit card

Dear sir,

A credit card was pushed to me by the employee of the hdfc bank, he promised me regalia and to my utter dismay, moneyback card came to my place.
When i asked this person, he said that there are no charges for the same and it is free of cost.
I did not have any provision to use the card so i did not use it, and suddenly one fine day the bank sends a mail that 590 rs will be deducted for the non usage...

unethical and unparliamentary conduct

Tried for investing in hdfclife. Submitted a query on 24th May 19. Thereafter, received at least 10 calls including sundays however, I needn't complain about the caĺls since I agree it's about competition. Finally today I said that I am not investing as of now and will take a call in say next 2-3 months, to which the executive rohit did the following: -
1. Asking details into my not investing
2. Replying not in a so-comfortable...

my suspended credit card is affecting my savings account
