Dear sir/ Madam
This is Anil Chhabra and my company name is Topgear lifestyle Pb Ltd . My account no is [protected]. I have been visiting your branch since many times for Enat banking and I mer with Deepika madam. Whatever she guided me, we did the same and I have submitted the papers to Deepika but today I got one courier that there is some error in papers and Enet banking can’t start. Whatever Deepika told me, we did the same . Not again we have to give some papers and will take again one months to start this Enet banking .
If this is really impossible work for bank to start the Enet banking and we have to wait so long the I think I should close our bank account in HDFC bank. No one guided us properly. Enet team don’t even reply on mail or not even phone call. I am really tired from HDFC bank. You people hardly care about your customers. I[censored] can resolve it in one week then only I will keep my account in your bank. Otherwise I will close this account .

    To HDFC Bank Credit card manager, Pune Zone.

    I have received a call from HDFC bank Executive sitting in Viman Nagar office for Credit card about 15 days ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls on my Mobile and someone visited my home to verify the address.

    Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i checked on HDFC Website and the Credit card application shows as declined. I called up the executive (I have the HDFC whatsapp contact number ending with 7262 through which i was in contact with the executive and now she is not responding) but its ignoring the call requests to enquire about the status. I want to know detailed reason for rejection.

    I checked my credit Score which is GOOD. I have Salary account in HDFC bank since 5+ Years. All my insurances are with HDFC Life. No any due EMIs with HDFC since past 5 years. Now, i wanted to avail the exciting credit card offers provided by HDFC so applied for credit card.

    I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service. This forces me to change my salary account bank as well as all investments from HDFC to other good banks.

      I am not an HDFC bank customer or credit card with HDFC.

      I have applied for personal Loan and my application was rejected due to document mismatch issue while applying for a credit card in the year 2011,

      This is to bring to your notice I have not applied for a credit card in the year 2011. as per the Risk department, I provided a bank statement and salary slip which was a miss match.

      Vasan from the Risk department doesn't have the hardcopy which was submitted in the year 2011.
      as I am aware I have not applied for a credit card as per my knowledge. they don't know what to do.
      I have been visiting the HDFC credit card department frequently to know the status no one is helping me, not being an HDFC customer I have to suffer.
      the branch manager is not helpful in helping the customer.

      I want that taken out of my name so I don't have any problem with HDFC in the future.

      I am unhappy with Hdfc as they don't value the customer. Worst customer service ever I have come across with HDFC credit card Risk department and unprofessional manager and unprofessional management sitting in Risk Department in Bangalore. Vasan promised me a resolution by Monday and no one called me and now there as there are not answering my call. HDFC Need to learn how to value the customer. I am not a customer of HDFC but I am suffering. I have heard good things about HDFC and they customer service but I see it all wrong.

      is my query so difficult to handle where I am not able to get a proper response from HDFC and from the RIC department, Person (Vasan) not answering my call he promised he will speak to his manager and get the resolution. what is going on is anyone in HDFC is serious about it or they don't care.

        My Opening balance on Date:12/06/2019 was 93, 684.83 for which Due date was 02/07/2019.

        I paid 90, 413.00 before Due date and still HDFC bank has charged me 1, 811.09 as finance charges.

        All my earlier dues were clear and paid.

        My DOB-21/07/1991

        Please let me know if you need more details.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.           I am holding Regalia Credit card with priority pass for lounge access. As per rules 6 access to outside india lounge are available free in a calender year.
          I have been charged for lounge access on April 15 at chicago. I have not accessed lounge in chicago and did not travel on 15th April.
          I travelled on 31st MArch but did not access lounge in Chicago.
          When complaint they are asking me to get lounge access details from prioirty pass! . Why customer has to do this? Is there no responsibility of bank to check tfor what they are charging ?

              As I am Customer of HDFC from last 8 Years, I took Personal Loan in 2014 of 5 Lakh. I paid all but, in last year becuse of some family medical reason, Its not possible to pay emi on time so, it was late by days but not beyond the month. So, the charges are applied on my Personal Loan Account No[protected]. So, its my humble request you please give me waive off for applied charges as I am regular customer of hdfc bank since couple of years.

                I have received call 11th march 19 from Raghav Mishra (RM)(M) [protected] from Hdfc life emp. Id 619026 he propose to me Hdfc life super income plan 60000/ year Option -1 I have taken policy against Policy[protected] dated 11th march 19 but i have not received Policy bond and committed additional benefit like medical (health insurance) and policy premium 30% waiver return every year and shopping voucher 9999/-I have all communication WhatsApp and telephonic recording Please look in to this urgent basis
                we beware of such fraudulent and fake calls. But since the mobile number showed HDFC Life Ins in my True caller, i was tricked.I would like to make a complaint against the company whose officials are indulging in fraud and fake calls and misguiding the people for unscrupulous marketing with the connivance of the brokers. I was put to great inconvenience and lost my peace of mind due to this.

                  Loan acc no:20905498, paid my loan EMI within the due date through hdfc collecting agency. I have paid through the agency for 55 month.Even i paid within the due date, at the end of closure they intimated me as cheque bounce for the 60 months period and demanded me to pay excess and which i paid. FINALLY MY CIBIL score has declined below average that i cant apply for new loan. Kindly rectify otherwise i need to complaint at banking ombudsman

                    I submitted a travel claim on 22 April and the team has repeatedly been asking for the same documents again and again. Today on 13 june, i have submitted the documents for the 6th time. As per the policy the claim is processed within 7 days. It has been 2 months almost that i have not recieved any redressal for a small amount of 3000. This is purely mental harassment.

                      I am giving to you all a good suggestion. Please don't open any account or loan from hdfc. First it shows many offers and free annual charges bla bla. ... Finally, we will be charged a lot. I charged a lot from hdfc. Unfortunately I have taken loan also. Now i am facing problem. Please don't open any account from it.r I equest all of yout to beware that this bank can go to any extent to cheat you and grab money from you. I am sure after the satyam case in india, hdfc bank would be the worst fraud case in the banking industry in india.

                        I brought a watch for rs ₹411 from net banking hdfc. As this purchase was made under hdfc offer.
                        i though hdfc can't promote fake scams but got fake product so cheap look like ₹50 street market watch. Hdfc is making fool.moreover UCB don't have any product with code as mentioned there
                        When I called at customer care they are too responding to badly.
                        I want file complaint on both ireedem and hdfc bank for such a rubbish

                          Sir I have been issued a HDFC credit card about 2 years ago, but till date I have not yet activated it. But an amount of Rs 3812 is remained outstanding upto Dec 2018.
                          My cibil has been downgraded according.
                          Now I want to surrender my card after paying the dues.
                          Right now I have been informed by HDFC BANK customer care that my card has been suspended and after so.many attempts I failed to know my up to date balance of my credit card. Please do the needful as early.as possible

                            My Details are as follows:

                            I wanted to close this account and I have visited nearly 3-4 bank branches to complete this procedure however nobody helped me.

                            My account is linked with a credit card which is lost. I reported and de-linked it from my account. However when I visit any bank to close my Bank account, they say that they cannot close the account as the credit card still shows up there.

                            I do not know the credit card number. When I contact customer care, they ask for Customer ID and Tele-Pin which again I do not know.

                            Please close this account as it is pending since 6 months. Help me with the procedure to close this account as I am very much frustrated.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing this with all the frustration i have received from HDFC consumer loan collections telecaller, i have received a call from Priya (i.e.) Gomathi [protected] she belongs to chennai office, i also wanted to say that i didnt make the payment on the committed date for which she kept calling me at nights post 9.30 PM, when i asked her next morning i had such a rude way of speech from her abusing me with bad words and pointing out my financial situation and calling me a beggar. The way she spoke to me and the words she used is something which i never heard and unexpected, I really dont know is this something HDFC asks their telecallers to speak to their customers? Do they think they can speak whatever if we do not pay the EMI on time? I have the call recordings of the telecaller? I want to know what action do the hdfc going to take for my frustration.

                                I am a credit card user of hdfc i am paying my installment on time without falling from online window.. Month of may also i hv paid on time 1st of every month but due to technical error the payment was not submitted and i reciived a receit but in that the success in red color and failure i did not notice. But i got call on 4 th that i did not pay my amount so i checked i paid imidiately and people from collection department assured me that they will put request to waveoff finance charges now they have rejected the same.. I requested it was ur technical issue and site problem
                                Or may be human error.. I have always paid my bill on time. I didnt expected fraud promise from hdfc
                                I will never recomend hdfc card to any one and proceeding for the surrender of the same.

                                    Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 2 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account.my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -3000 balance.
                                    The bank converts my salary account into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 3000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally.. now what is the solution to this problem

                                      In the month of MAY and JUNE, WE ARE FACING MULTIPLE DEDUCTIONS IN 24 Hr. In the these months, our multiple trucks have crossed the toll more than once BUT within 24-hr, and the deductions were made each time they cross the toll in the 24-hr slot.

                                      The double charges accounted to approx Rs-100000 for both the months. Please find attachment attached

                                        I am holding an preferred banking account under customer id 82***71 since a long time . The bank provided me the facility for personal loan, consumer loan, credit card and car loan. I was always making the payment on time since i took the loans. From last few months due to job loss and mother has been diagnosed with cancer for last stage i am unable to make the payment. I still tried to arrange the funds and made the payments. I was failed to make the payment in the month of May 2019 towards consumer loan. I got the call from collection person where he assaulted, threaten me to kill me and wants to come to my home. Please find the attached call recording for the same.
                                        The abusive language was used due to which i decided not to make the payments except my car loan.
                                        The same thing was happened during the month of April 2019 and for 1 installment not paid i got the legal notice from the bank for making the payment. I have 5 consumer loans and i am getting 5 collection dept who called from different numbers. I cannot understand whether you cannot consolidate together or lack of communication within bank.

                                        I raised the complaint with CEO, RBI, grievances too on 05/06/2019 under reference number HBL=[protected], I got the call from RM rachit dhingra who is good for nothing. I raised and asked for the help 3 times earlier and all the time he denied to help me out. I got the call from him on 10/06/2019 in the morning to know about complaint i told him to call me back on Wednesday after 2 pm. I never get the call from him. I am getting calls from collection unit for consumer loan to make the payment 10 times in a day.

                                        I got the revert on my email address [protected]@rediffmail.com which was very weird.
                                        The date mentioned on the above email for telephonic conversation is also not correct. I got the call on 10/06/2019 and date mentioned as 11/06/2019.
                                        When you staff doesn't know the facts of the complaint and accurate dates why they are sending the revert with weird answer.
                                        The customers is getting behavior from the bank like we are culprit and whatever bank will say we should obey. This is all "GUNDARAJ". If i have raised the complaint the duty of the bank should speak to the customer and know the reason for it in order to take action. At the end of the day customer is going to be affect with charges. misbehavior and cibil score . The apologise are easy to say but not going to resolve the issue. I will take up the matter further to the court and ready to fight against the harassment calls which i got it earlier.

                                        I can give you many more examples with the proof where the bank is not professional or incompetent in order to resolve customer queries.

                                        I raised it to RBI, HDFC BANK OFFICALS AND NOT GETTING RESPONSE WHICH IS SATISFACTORY.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
