I am m.Tabita took credit card from hdfc bank. Due to personnel problems there are pending emi's since 2 months, and i requested the same to the executives and collection manager kumar chakravarthy. But the manager did not listen to my words and send two executives to my house. The two executives came to my house and introduced them selves as from hdfc bank, srinidhi associates, visakhapatnam to my mother-in-law aged 56 who were alone at that time and demanded for credit card payment. My mother-in-law who was illiterate requested them to come after some time but they refused and behaved like rowdy/gunda and shouted loudly with unparliamentary words and warned her that they won't move from my house till the payment is paid or else they will see our end. On the spot my mother collapsed and they ran away. After that i have make a call to 100 and gave a police complaint.
So, please make me justice from their harassment.
