My insurance policy expiring on march 1st, customer care executive renewed my policy even after i told that i will confirm later .Then i approched office for cancellation & i given in writing that i am not interested in renewing my policy. Again &again customer care people disturbing that policy should be renewed .Today one customer care executive called & told that it is auto renewed, so nobody can cancel & speaking if i should not accept, he will auto renew it for six years without my consent. It is shocking that hdfc bank executive speaking like that . I am account holder in hdfc bank since 2003. But i never come across this kind of approach any time . It is shocking . I am requesting to look into & do the needful at the earliest. Please do no renew my policy .

    Sir...the transaction was done on 14 February not on 17 the February...please help

        Dear sir, My self Hitesh Kotak, my policy number is 90113810, sir i have got the call from HDFC Life on 31/01/2017 in the evening time requesting my to renew the policy and also offered that if i pay the basic amount of rs.3099 online right now i wont be charged any interest, or penalty on the premium accordingly i paid online Rs.3099 on the same date and time ie, on 31/07/2017 immediately but today on 16th Feb 2017 i got the letter from HDFC Life demanding or Short Premium Rs.162/- via UIN : 101N106V01, after i contacted the support talked with Miss. Shahenaz and Senior Executive Mr.Shiva i knew that my policy is still not active and is in lapse state. Sir even after paying the Premium after getting an offer from HDFC Life, why my policy is not restored/activated and received the letter short fall of Rs.162/-.
        Dear sir, if there is no chance to activate the Policy in this state, and there is a demand of Rs.162/- i request you to kindly refund my amount Rs.3099 and close this policy as am not mentally ready to pay the amount Rs.162 now. Kindly do the needful asap.

          Hello Sir/Madam
          I Prashant Sharma account number [protected] has a saving account in HDFC bank in East patel Nagar branch for the past so many years. I went to ur branch in East patel Nagar and get NEFT done from my account into another account of YES BANK of amount Rs 57, 500 on 31st December 2016 till date the same amount has not been transfered into the benefiacry account because some o[censored]r bank employee didn't wrote the account number properly at the time of amount transfer and the amount is being transfered to some other account number of YES BANK.
          It's been soo many days now I am requesting to get my funds back but nothing has been done in that manner from your HDFC BANK.Please do the need full else I had to file complaint against your bank in the consumer court in the same manner as it's been linger on for the past almost two month now.
          The Bank manager M/s RITIKA SOOD (HDFC East Patel Nagar Branch) has given us a letter that they will refund the amount by 4 March 2017 but today on 15 February 2017 she called us and said "I will not refund your amount which is Rs 57, 500 at any cost whatever you want to do you can do I am not afraid of even Police".Please do the needful as didn't expected this kind if behaviour from such a prestigious Bank.

          Letter given by HDFC BANK east patel nagar branch as a proof of confirmation from bank to refund my amout Rs 57, 500 which is because of there fault transfered to other account in Yes bank
          Please do the needful against HDFC BANK as they are not refunding my amount i have requested at every level.

              i was forced from my company M/S Anglo French Drugs Limited to open an account in your HDFC Bank for depositing salary. i have left the company in the month of June2015.
              on[protected] i had gone to enquire about my account transaction in sanjay nagar bank. i was shocked to know that the salary deposit account has been converted to personal SB account and because of non transaction they are penalizing Rs.690/- every month which i have to pay 8000/- as of now.
              First thing i want to ask these big banks why this communication was not given while opening the account to us. since i was forced to open the account by my previous company they are responsible for this problem.
              Second i do not have any interest to have transaction with these type of banks who unnecessarily create problem for common salaried persons like us.
              Let me be very straight i am not closing my SB account with immediate effect.
              i am ready to go to consumer court on these issue if any further problem is raised by this bank.
              Very bad experience and very bad communication.
              I request HDFC Bank Chandra Layout Manager to close my SB account with immediate effect i.e[protected].
              i will send a register letter to you on this issue.

                My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account Without informing me or warning me, since one year am not using this account, now my Balance is in Negative, Please help me to close my account, i think As per RBI regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance.i request you to fix my issue-Thanks

Dear sir i hav paid the credit card amount within a month that i have used.after a week i got message that u hav 700 due in credit card i shocked and asked the due details they replied its recently generated bill you should pay they too dont know the details then i said i wont pay single penny, and 700 now become 4500/- with in sixmonths with penality. Hence kindly do the needful .your best response expected.

                    I'm using hdfc credit card for more then 8 year's, due to some emergency i cornered to use my card to the credit limit rs 168000/-, since that time i'm making partial payment of rs 6500 to rs 8600/- every month, i've almost paid more than 400, 000 lakhs what i've used, but till date i'm unable to clear the amount.
                    I called up hdfc credit card customer care to help in converting my outstanding amount to emi, but the tl or the manager...

                      I got a call from [protected]. The person posed himself as an HDFC Bank representative and told me that as a previliged customer of the bank and because I make the credit card payments on time, I'm going to receive gift hamper at my registered address. The person asked me to tell him the color of my credit card type - yellow, red, etc. and asked for the last 3 digits (CVV). I lied to him that I do not have my credit card at the moment. But he kept asking when I will have my credit card in front of me so that he can call back. When I refused to give him any information and told him that I will give this information only to an HDFC representative, he got angry and told me that he is from the Service department of HDFC and that he will ensure that i get charged 8, 000 in my next statement for not cooperating. He then hung up.

                        With high disappointment I am writing this to state that I have not been able to close my account due to misleading and confusing guidance by your employees. I had an account with you while I was working for TCS. I quit the job and have not been using the account since the last 2.5 years. When the account had minimal negative balance I offered to pay the amount and close it to which your employees asked me not to. They said no one pays and closes accounts. It will get closed automatically. Now people of another branch are asking me to pay and close and the balance has now reached 3000.
                        In general your services are very bad and it is highly inconvenient. 10 people say 10 different thing to do for one thing. Extremely unhappy and disgusted with the services. Your customer care people need 10 days to answer simple queries.

                            I have taken HDFC LIFE Health assure plan, policy number[protected] on 9.02.2016. My renewal was due on 15.02.2017 and I got letter from HDFC life dated 27.01.2017 for due payment . But without my information the amount of Rs. 31354 was auto debited from my HDFC saving account on 15.02.2017. When checked with HDFC life customer care, I come to know that without my information relationship manager has put auto debit (ECS). Now I want this policy to be discontinue and want refund of latest debited amount of Rs. 31354 immediately.

                              Now I am in Other country. I am having Corporate HDFC bank Master credit card. But I don't know credit card PIN. How to create new PIN for credit card. In this country no hdfc bank. In your website ur give only one option is by bank ATM.

                                Hi, my name is Baxis Singh Virk I have an account with HDFC bank and I have also got credit card from bank very soon after opening an account, I was regularly paying my dues on date, but recently due to some financial issues I was not able to pay my dues on time for which I have requested to collection person that I will with all dues, but certainly I star receiving threatening calls from bank just for the amount of 5000 Rs, they not only abused me but also to wife who received the call in my absence, I have given several complaints for which I didn't received any call or mail yet. Today I went to one of your branch, I spoke to the bank manager and he suggested me to file a police complaint regarding that but I haven't expected this kind of answer from a manager,
                                So request to the bank to arrange a call on my number [protected].

                                  Regarding complaint number [protected] which was registered on 28th Jan, but still not resolved.
                                  Amount of Rs.49, 999 is stuck unnecessarily with HDFC & their customer service does not even have a courtesy to give proper reply to my emails.
                                  As per HDFC, they have reversed amount on 9th Feb & Kotak bank says, that they haven't received any money from HDFC. So, HDFC is not holding any responsibility in this. If you guys have reversed amount than atleast make sure that customer receives it. Or you are just lying that you have reversed?
                                  Its been more than 15 days & you guys cannot even resolve 1 issue. Shame on you!! Pathetic service ever!! If a customer delays to pay EMI or credit card bill even for a day, you people charge so much of interest. Now, you guys have unnecessarily kept my Rs.49, 999 so who is going to pay interest for this???

                                      I have applied for one personal loan with HDFC Cochin which was rejected due to some non compliance.

                                      As part of loan documents I have submitted my blank cheque leaves signed.

                                      I have requested many time to the respective officer Sethu lekshmi to return back the cheque since I have more than 200000 transaction in my HDFC saving account.

                                      But till now I did not receive my cheque.

                                      Please requested the concern department to make an urgent move on this request.

                                      Otherwise I will forward this to issue to the Eloor police station to make my money safe.
