Hello!
Had done a transaction of Rs.570 on 14.01.2017 using my debit card. The amount was debited from my account and later I had received a text from the bank saying that it was reversed and that it would be refunded within 3 to 7 days. It's nearly 9 days now still no sign of my money. Sent an email to them, it's been 3 days still no response. Kindly look into this....

I have already complained earlier I don't need these type of service kindly credit the amount back or else I will move out my account From HDFC and this time I am Damn serious also I would like to talk to your senior about this matter if you are not able to solve this.

I got a cashback offer from HDFC credit card through email. Then send and email to customer care for confirmation for the cashback. Got confirmation. Purchased the product. Now cashback is denied by the bank. Now they are saying it is not applicable for online purchase even after so many email communication.
