[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank ach debit return charges

Hi - I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 42923387 I have linked my home loan to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 5th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time and i haven't noticed that used the amount for some other thinking that the ecs was executed. So i have paid the loan institue, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 413.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. I tried to book movie ticket in ticket new.com site but ticket was not booked instead error showed in net banking but the amount was deducted.
