[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank ach debit return charges | |
Hi - I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 42923387 I have linked my home loan to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 5th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time and i haven't noticed that used the amount for some other thinking that the ecs was executed. So i have paid the loan institue, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 413.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |
