I did receive an sms from bajaj finance limited on 07-january-2018 regarding emi failure and i was astonished on receiving of such message as i had left sufficient balance rs. 5063.44 into my hdfc bank bank account for this emi deduction. After receiving this sms i was astonished, and checked my bank balance via doing the login in net banking of hdfc bank and found that there were a lot of multiple unknown transaction/deduction did happen about which, i neither received any sms nor any email and also no one did tell me about such fraudulent money deductions/transactions till the date. I was surprised seeing these fraudulent money deductions and hence i called your customer care[protected] for complaining the same but hdfc bank executive miss. Akansha sharma had given a fake information that bank had deducted these charges as my emi gets failed, when i asked her to connect/forward my call to her manager then she denied to forward the call. After that, i called mine all loan banks customer care and they told that they haven’t did any such transactions/deduction from my hdfc bank salary account.
Recently i did checked my bank account balance and it is showing rs -50, 435.00 as negative balance while before two days it was rs-46, 000 (Fourty six thousand only) only which is my emi amount.

The surprise is, i haven't linked any loan account with my salary account and yet hdfc bank is forcefully deducting such money and putting the account in negative balance. Which is obviously for mentally torture, mentally harassment and financial harassment as i did filed a case against them in consumer court in last year related to hdfc ergo and hdfc bank.

If anyone is opening their salary account with hdfc bank then beware with these facts as you are next who will get harassed financially and mentally.

At the end of the month everyone does wait for salary and when you became to know that hdfc bank had deducted more than rs6000 extra comparing to current emi amount then you can think yourself what will be your mentally condition at that time. And through what all situations you have to suffer rather than giving time to your family you would have to keep running bank, consumer court to get the fraudulent deducted money back.

Never open salary account with hdfc bank.

    I have generated 2 vouchers through hdfc all miles card rewards points. I have redeemed partially.
    I could see now the 2 vouchers were showing as invalid while try to redeem the remaining points,
    So i called hdfc customer care for almost 10 times, all the calls were disconnected in between the call, and customer care team saying like there was the issue in server, i[censored] not fit to maintain the proper systems and servers, then you u promoting the products andd credit card.
    Really fed up with the hdfc customer care..
    I am planning to not get any hdfc product in future.. This is not the first time,, i could see several several times this was happening.

    I need the proper response related to my rewards points query.

      It is observed that following amount was deducted for bg hsl value account
      Charges

      Rs 2358.82 was deducted from a/c on 08/01/2018
      Rs 4718.82 was deducted from a/c on 09/01/2018

      You are requested to revert the both amount to my a/c immediately.
      How can you deduct amount two time for same item.
      You are required to clarify why it happened
      I had sent the details of grievance by email to customercare @hdfcsec.com on 9/1/2018 and 10/1/2018 and reminder was sent on 12/1/2018 and even i called hdfc cochin office no.[protected] but nothing has been done so far

My money (i.e, 1100) got deducted while withdrawing money from HDFC ATM and next day extra 600 rs got deducted for not maintaining balance.As this is my salary account i can even maintain zero balance in my account.so kindly refund my deduction amount as soon as possible.

            I pay for every month extra charges. They increase that penalty 3500 per month i paid for this. But they also made my payment status late due. And due to this reasons my civil score is too low.. What can i do. I paid every month so why this company increase payment every month and when increase payment then why low my civil score due to this reason. I want to complain for this company.

              I posted the below query and it has been marked as resolved without even discussing with me. I will keep on posting until i get my solution.

              I have a hdfc regalia credit card in ending with 7412 and i have an issue going on since jan 2017. The bill for the month of jan 2017 which i got on 13/01/2017 had total dues of rs. 4, 567.56 and the due date for the same was 02/02/2017. Due to some personal hardship i could not pay the dues in time and it was delayed by a week. I made the payment on 09/02/2017. I was expecting some interest to be levied in the next bill and i was ready to pay it. But when i received the next month's bill it showed total finance charges and interest of rs. 3, 778.92 which is around 83% of total due rs. 4, 567.56.

              Immediately after seeing this i contacted the hdfc credit card customer card through email and told them to look into this and send me the details calculation of charges as i was not satisfied by the charges.

              I asked for such details for around 2 months continuously but i never the details i asked for. I always got a reply that the interest and mark up fee has been charged at certain percentage and this is not in isolation of my card account only.

              I even called the customer care for helping me provide the details but they also did not gave me any such details.

              Then in october i got a call from the collection department of hdfc credit card saying that you have not paid the outstanding please clear it, i explained them the whole case, name of the lady is ms. Deepika. She told me that higher amount of charges are because i made a payment of rs 50, 000 on 15/01/2017 immediately after my jan bill got generated and since i missed the deadline interest has been charged at total outstanding amount and not just on 4567.56 which is totally [censored].

              The payment that got late was rs. 4567.56 and the interest has been charged some other amount for which the bill is even not generated. After that i have been getting many phone calls from hdfc credit card for the payment and every time i have to explain them the whole case and nothing happens.

              Once i told the executive to put a waiver request which also got rejected and my card is now blocked.

              Through this complaint i want to inform hdfc that i am ready to pay the late charges for 4567.56 which is genuine but not on any other amount and even not the accumulated interest which has been getting calculated every month.

                My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created by nocil ltd company i work at nocil ltd from 01/08/2016 to 30/07/2017, my salary account in hdfc bank branch vashi sector 17 was created with below t&c

                This refers to the corporate salary account held with us. As a holder of this account you are entitled to many exclusive benefits such as:
                1. Zero balance account
                2. Free international debit card
                3. Free demand drafts on hdfc bank locations
                The terms and conditions of your hdfc bank corporate salary account, amongst others, requires that your salary proceeds are credited to this account on a regular basis.

                So once i left the company and joined somewhere else in new place i had to open another salary account as new company was customer with some other bank. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without my consent and without informing me).
                While leaving the old company i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and also do not used a debit card. Since december 2017 i started receiving message from hdfc bank that i have charge with 600 rs for not mentioning min balance. I went to hdfc thane east branch and checked my account no, the thana branch person said that i have rs -700 in my account.
                I request you to please take action against this hdfc bank vashi sector 17 branch and close my account on priority basis

                As per rbi regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance. You may check this link:

                According to the rbi notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.

                Banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account. Banks should also limit the liability of customers in electronic banking transactions in cases where banks are not able to prove customer negligence, the rbi said.

                  My self rajan thakur and my hdfc salary account no is [protected] (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company on the date of[protected], once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my hdfc salary account has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me).

                  Now iam receiving non maintenance messages in every month, i had visit the account branch and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that we are not able to close the account because your account balance is negative. Firstly pay that amount after that we will close your account.

                  Iam not using my account from last 2-3 years and no body informed me that salary account is converted into saving account.

                  Can you please help me regarding this.

                      I have got the hdfc fastag applying online after scolding those guys, but i am unable to use the fastag and i feel its the big scam of hdfc bank, the customer care no provided no one picks up and this product is not listed in the hdfc product website or phone banking.

                      I did recharge for 1000 rs but when i use the fastag lane i cannot pass through it said there is no money in my account or blacklisted. They asked me to contact bank.

                        I have saving account with hdfc bank with account number: xxxxxx customer id: xxxxx. I have done one transaction by my bhim app for rs.1000/- to [protected]@upi id.
                        The above said transaction is debit to my bank on 31.12.2017 and bhim app also showing transaction status as success, but the money are not credit to receiver account.

                        Please find below screenshots for your reference, and kindly help me to get back rs.1000/- back to my account.

                        I have written email to hdfc prime banking team, but they are not resolving the issue. Prime banking ticket no. Is hbl=[protected].

                        Kindly look into this asap.

                          I made a online transaction in hdfc forex card where the transaction was failed to pay to the merchant. This is purely an error from hdfc bank. I have submitted all the required proofs and following up for many days but no one is responding or helping to reversed my money. Around 539 euros been hold by hdfc. I escalated to till level 3 but no single email response from them. It's a shame that such a big organisation have a poor set of workers who don't care to reply to the customer. I guess they will earn interest in my money and enjoy for long days. I did a big mistake by choosing the hdfc forex card.

                            This is absolutely disgusting experience with hdfc bank 1st time in past 10 years relationship and holding multiple accounts.
                            I am holding current account #[protected] which was close in dec 2016 for this i have personally visited & informed to thane patlipada branch. As per there information edc machine submission was pending after which they was about to close the account. After lots of follow up with branch and contact person emp # dm04072, person come and collected edc machine in month of may 17. Till date i have personally visited branch 5 time for closure of account but no response from the branch and after negative balance in account your staff is irresponsibly asking and fighting "aap aab thak kay kar rahe the"
                            This is not the way your bank work atlist. Kindly confirm can i move all account to some other professional bank where staff is have professional behavior and decency to resolve the customer query.

                              I am a regular in terms of doing f & o from your company, but it seems u guys are taking all this for granted. My account is in garia branch kolkata and it has happened many a times is that when i want to sell a particular stock your staff say we are facing technical issues so pardon us for some time and i suffer huge losses because of that..

                              I know hdfc security charges a lot as far as margins are concerned but in return we expect a better and fast service, but what we are getting is absolutely rubbish.

                                Hi, i ordered grocery in bigbasket payed amount as card on delivery on 7th jan, 2018. My card was swiped twice my amount was deducted. I got message from ezetap that "your payment of inr:1550 done on 07/01/2018 was reversed. Auth:582934. Please check with your bank for reversal status"

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR023887. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                  There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                  The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                                  I have been trying for last 2 weeks to contact hdfc to check the current status on the toll free number([protected]) but no one picks up this number seems to be dummy no one is responding and no reply for my email as well.

                                  I have sent more than 8 emails to the below mentioned mail ids.I haven't received any reply to my emails.

                                  Very worst customer services every seen as of today in any of the other Banks.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My name is NANIGOPAL DEY. Their is a dispute from my credit card of HDFC bank.
                                    The amount was of 10, 814. I told bank that the payment is unauthorized, firstly they registered the complaint then they asked me to wait for 90 days. After 90 days i called them and they said that the amount has came but i just have to fill the form which came in my e-mail from the mail cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. then again they asked me to wait.then i waited for 60 days again, then i called them 1 week ago the. Again they asked me to wait till 10 January. Now i called up them today and they told me that on 12th of deceember 2017 the payment has came but it is not credited in my credit card till now, the case is closed with in our favour and call got disconnected automatically, then i called them again and then the executive told me that the case is closed in favour of company. I even have the recordings of all the calls. I hope you will help me and take some action accordingly. I shall be oblidged at your kindness.

                                      My name is prasad babanrao yadav, having premium accounts in hdfc bank, sahakar nagar branch.

                                      Today, 11 jan 2018 from my savings account rs. 354.00 against header name as "depository charges dec[protected]"... Can you confirm about this? Why hdfc is charging customer for unnecessary?

                                        Hi this is jaspreet singh
                                        my mom holds hdfc credit card and im the secondary holder of the card
                                        as i was out town for a month the card got over due by 2 months
                                        we never received the statement or any message or mail regarding the over due payment.one of your agents suraj as he says talk as if i made criminal offence by not paying the payment.he insulted me over n over again
                                        Hdfc collection agents talk like mafias as if they are asking for ransom rather then giving information on dues and due dates
                                        suraj([protected]) has crossed all the limits while answering over the phone
                                        i guess i need to close all my accounts and credit cards used by me or my family as hdfc dont know how to value its customers
