I did receive an sms from bajaj finance limited on 07-january-2018 regarding emi failure and i was astonished on receiving of such message as i had left sufficient balance rs. 5063.44 into my hdfc bank bank account for this emi deduction. After receiving this sms i was astonished, and checked my bank balance via doing the login in net banking of hdfc bank and found that there were a lot of multiple unknown transaction/deduction did happen about which, i neither received any sms nor any email and also no one did tell me about such fraudulent money deductions/transactions till the date. I was surprised seeing these fraudulent money deductions and hence i called your customer care[protected] for complaining the same but hdfc bank executive miss. Akansha sharma had given a fake information that bank had deducted these charges as my emi gets failed, when i asked her to connect/forward my call to her manager then she denied to forward the call. After that, i called mine all loan banks customer care and they told that they haven’t did any such transactions/deduction from my hdfc bank salary account.
Recently i did checked my bank account balance and it is showing rs -50, 435.00 as negative balance while before two days it was rs-46, 000 (Fourty six thousand only) only which is my emi amount.
The surprise is, i haven't linked any loan account with my salary account and yet hdfc bank is forcefully deducting such money and putting the account in negative balance. Which is obviously for mentally torture, mentally harassment and financial harassment as i did filed a case against them in consumer court in last year related to hdfc ergo and hdfc bank.
If anyone is opening their salary account with hdfc bank then beware with these facts as you are next who will get harassed financially and mentally.
At the end of the month everyone does wait for salary and when you became to know that hdfc bank had deducted more than rs6000 extra comparing to current emi amount then you can think yourself what will be your mentally condition at that time. And through what all situations you have to suffer rather than giving time to your family you would have to keep running bank, consumer court to get the fraudulent deducted money back.
Never open salary account with hdfc bank.
