I have made a purchase of a jewelry item from reliance jewels on 26th dec 2019 and there was a offer with hdfc cards - 10% cashback credited within 90 days - https://v1.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/festive-treats/reliance/jewels.html. its been more than 6 months and i have tried contacting the vendor - they mentioned since the offer was from the bank, hdfc bank will be point of contact. I have reached out to one of the hdfc branches and also dropped several emails to [protected]@hdfcbank.com also, but all in vain. I have used a combination of Debit Card and Credit Card at the time of the purchase since the offer was valid on all the HDFC Bank cards. Yesterday the credit card cashback got credited but still waiting on the debit card cashback.
