[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank /credit card - money misused my account.

Ib billpay dr-hdfcpe - this is the narration that appears on my statement for an amt of 3588. And i have done my payment for the credit card but for which a payment is taken. I received a sms for 3588 credited into my act. I did not give credit card dept instructions to take money from my account. If an amount is credited into my account i don't find it now... This is wrong i want explanation and my money back.

This is the narration in my statement inspite of me paying the amt for the credit card. I also have a message saying rs 3588 is credited into my card account and don't find anything. So three things are here.
1. I paid 3588 to the credit card
2. 3588 is debited from my account, why? I need an explanation and they cannot take any money from my account without my approval... If this is how things work then what will happen when the aadhar details are given... Will my account be hacked???
3. An sms is sent saying 3588 is credited to my credit card and i don't see anything in the credit card. A
My money should be put back into my bank account, the amount of 3588 that was to reflect in my card should be put. At no point of time can and will the credit card dept have any access to my hdfc bank act.
I have requested for a leniency/ change of date for my credit card bills. As i receive my salary only after the 5th of every month. And the credit card payment could attract a fine for the delay.

As per our records, the total amount payable as per January 2018 statement was Rs.57, 139.01 with payment due date as February 01, 2018. We confirm that, we are in receipt of your online payment of Rs. 3, 200.00 which has been credited to your card account on January 19, 2018 and Rs. 3, 588.73 which has been credited on February 07, 2018. We noted your concerns regarding the SMS received towards credit of payment back to your account. We request you to share the copy of SMS to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you.
