Sir,

I rahul m pachpore have my saving a/c in hdfc bank since 10 years, having customer id 27103418 & am your preferred customer, i had a applied
For opening of current a/c in my home branch in the month of dec 17 and had given a cheque of rs 50, 000/- which was transferred in your dummy account. But till today my current account has still not yet opened. And none of your bank staff & bank manager are communicating with me. I have called up the branch they say it is still in process. Does it take two months for opening current a/c. I have provided all the necessary & required documents. I am very un happy with this kind of bank services & keen on closing all my bank a/c and shifting to another bank.

    HDFC Life —

    I got call from Ridhima Sharma .This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company. She told me about interest free loan against HDFC Policy plan.She gives me full information about it and convinced me fully on it.
    By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 40000 Then HDFC will give Rs 400000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to HDFC life.
    first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. I also attract with it and I take this policy but after 15 days no single person will do work on it

    HDFC company sell their poilcies with giving wrong information to public from their workers. HDFC also doing fraud with peoples

      I had a hdfc credit card, i have been debited for the amazon account, without my consent and i asked hdfc bank, they said only option to stop the amazon transfer you have to block the credit card, i did so by blocking the old card, but for my surprise, i have got a new message in my mobile that, you have new credit card bill is due for payment. How can i pay card due without even receiving the card?

      This one is more than the cheating and leads to mental frustration and hdfc bank has to pay a huge compensation for this.

        Dear Team,

        I am having account with hdfc VASANT KUNJ Delhi branch. Without my knowledge, they have created an demat and trading account along with saving account. Now they have charging 885 as a depositary charge for that. I called customer care and raised a complaint, but they are simply giving me the reasons not the solution and told me to send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but when i sent the mail, its not delivered since there is no email id existing. I don't know why the bank people is so irresponsible and cheating us by stealing our own money. I am going to transfer my account money to other bank if this issue is not getting solved.

          I had applied for 2 fast tags for my 2 vehicles and have received the physical tags for both. Have lost the customer id/wallet id details for one of them (Application no hrf025175) and unable to retrieve the same. There is absolutely no information on the website how to retrieve this information. The customer care number provided on the website is useless. It is always busy no matter what time you call and there is no provision to be on hold. It gets disconnected automatically within a min or so. For the other one (Application no hrf027408), i received the login details through sms but the website does not work to recharge the a/c. To generate the password for the first time, i have tried requesting otp multiple times but haven't received it once. So again stuck up.

          The required amount is deducted right at the time of application but there is no way to follow up in case of issues. As a consumer, i feel cheated.
          Pls intervene and help resolve at the earliest else cancel these 2 applications and refund me the amount hat i have paid (Rs 300 for each).

            I am getting to much disturbed with the promotional calls, is it a sin opening my salary account in hdfc bank, if yes i will close my account asap and i will stop using hdfc credit cards, i have told many times that i am not in need of any loan but still you are irritating me like psychos, even my gf will not call me these many times. I get only 2 or 3 calls from my entire family members, but from hdfc i receive at least 6 to 7 calls, it seems i am maintaining my mobile for fromotionl calls only.

              My self pawan kumar and my hdfc salary account no is-[protected] (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company on the date of feb-2013, once i left the company and start study once again. Now my hdfc salary account has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me).

              Now i am receiving non maintenance messages in every month, i had visit the account branch and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they told me that we are not able to close the account because your account balance is negative. Firstly pay that amount after that we will close your account. Now i have complete my course. Searching for job i am not able to maintenance the amount. So please help me.

              Iam not using my account from last 2-3 years and no body informed me that salary account is converted into saving account.

              So i requested to you. Please close the my account or give the waiver of negative amount.

                  I have not received my hdfc fastag that i had applied for and over 6 weeks back although i had received messages that my fastag has been activated successfully, my customer id and the wallet id generated and my tag has been successfully recharged with the initial rs.100.

                  I tried to call their customer service number but never been able to get through - it is always busy; there is no email or any other place where i can enter my complaint - that is pathetic. I tried to login with my customer id, but there seems to be "no record".

                    I bought a HDFC fastag and since then I am trying to register in order to recharge my wallet but when I fill my wallet ID which I received via text msg from HDFC & vehicle no(HR51AS3251) it shows invalid. I have tried calling customer care several times which is always busy and when not busy they don't pick up. I visited HDFC branch & they totally denied that this is none of their Buisness they just asked me to contact customer care which is always busy.This tag cost me 500 RS and now I can't see a way how to get it activated.
                    Dear HDFC please help me out and learn to value your customers. This is not about 500rs but it is about trust which I had on HDFC but now I can't.

                      Hi am using an hdfc credit card from 5 years, i have taken loans also on it and cleared now. Have salary account with hdfc.
                      I lost it recently, and when i asked for new card i was asked to pay some amount, i am getting lifetime free cards from any bank, so i thought to close for this i want to pay rs951 balance which is pending on my card.
                      I called customer card, mailed them, and after many follow ups they gave an account no where i need to pay,
                      Now i tried to pay into that account from neft from hdfc, it did not accept the number of digits the account no have, also i have tried using it as a card no to pay.

                      Both are unsuccessful, i wrote the same to hdfc, it's been more than 15 days i did not get a call, seems as if they don't care.

                      Any one who is reading this, i request you to stay away from hdfc, i have now taken kotak bank salary account, going to change now.

                      With hdfc your time will go following up, they work like goverment bank, by mistake i took term plan from them only, which any way i am planning to dump, no relation ship with them (I took 11 lakhs personal loan till now, out of which only 1 was from hdfc credit card, rest from city, axis and icici, which was really awesome experience)

                                We observe that you have done a International Debit Card transaction towards Delta Air. The merchant then claimed for the amount deducted on February 03, 2018. The amount was then credited to your account and the difference is due to the difference in the foreign currency rate between date of transaction and date of claim received. You may contact your Account branch for clarifications.

                                I understand that the extra amount deducted was due to change in currency rates, but how did u deduct the whole amount again. That too without my permission. This is like taking my money for your use as per your whims and needs. This is not at all acceptable.It is not the banks asset. If you wanted to deduct the amount on 3rd february then what about the amount deducted on 2 nd february for the same purchase. How can you charge for the same purchase twice.
                                On the first purchase i was asked a one time password and it went as per the proper protocol, but this time there was no intimation as of how and what happened, how do i trust the bank for any of my future transactions.

                                  I had registered my complain with hdfc security dated 1st january and sent 17 reminders but so far no written reply for my complain from hdfc ssecurity.

                                  My complain is for,

                                  1. Compensation for delayed payment
                                  2. Discrepancy in ledger balance & payment credited in bank :
                                  3. Consolidated statement was not given by hdfc security

                                  Hdfc sec representative always write we shall reply at the earliest bit don't know when hdfc security will resolve my complain.

                                    And i have to take care of hospitalisation expenses. I failed to make a whole payment
                                    On time however, i always make minimum payment and try to make partial payment
                                    But, somehow i missed the december month payment. There is a guy named : abhay with phone number: [protected] who constantly visiting to
                                    My relatives address and asking for payment. On 30th jan he visited again on to my relatives address and in a rude voice asking for payment and telling them make the payment today it self.
                                    When i told him on a phone that this not my address and i will talk to you later since i was stuck in traffic that time. He said i will go once i receive the payment. A and continue forcing me and my relatives to make the payment. He also said to my relatives and asking for payment and said you can make the payment via pay-tm. I said i will check what the issue is but he is not in a mood to listen and creating scenes over there. I told him that i can complain this matter to highest level but he least bothered about it. I am totally taken aback by the way these people behaving and talking to customers. I would sincerely appeal to whomsoever will look into this as father got to know about this and my respect will went down and father is a serious patient of depression. He can't take this anymore and these call really affect my mental stability. I would not hesitate to blame hdfc bank behaviour for any mishaps happen to me and family members.
                                    Please do something as it really impacting my mental health and when i tried to contacting through what' app and asking why he visited to my relatives address then he is not replying.
                                    Even i tried to call him to sort out the matter but he is constantly cutting my phone. Ultimately he is a culprit and he knows about it that's why is not answering me about the questions. Only answering of payment questions. I wish to reiterate that most of the hdfc bank collection executives will not maintaining the standards.
                                    I request hdfc bank to stringent actions towards this guy abhay.

                                    Or mobile:[protected]. Otherwise i will take another legal action for such a slander and abusive words by which i feel harassing and it's effecting my health and also of my family members.
                                    So, please take action against abhay and do revert me. I also attached the screen-prints.

                                      I made a payment for my credit card.
                                      Next month that payment got reverted by the merchant and it got credited in my card.
                                      But hdfc bank never adjusted it in my statement.
                                      Even they have added their extra debit, just to confuse the customer.
                                      Customer care guys are not actually customer care, they are bank care executives.
                                      They always convinced me that i have to pay whatever there in the statement.
                                      I am frustrated with the service.

                                        I received a sms from hdfcgi that an amount rs. 6418 will be charged to my credit card and this is the renewal premium for a policy no. -

                                        Please note i have not taken any policy from hdfc so far. Hence i request you not to make any such charges and also cancel that policy if it is there.

                                        Also note to resolve this issue, i approached hdfc bank branch in bye pass road, madurai, hdfc gi office in madurai. Registered a customer compliant with customer care hdfc and hdfc credit card. Then i come to you,
                                        Let me once again request you not to effect any charge and it at all there is such a policy. Please cancel that
