I applied hdfc fastag through online my application no:hfr028461 dt 01.02.2018 all my documents uploaded portal.

Still now response from hdfc fastag end. I tried many times customer care no proper response.

Let me know my application status.

Hdfc bank this area very very poor response on this product.

    I bought few products from a online shopping site in december first week 2017 and the payment was made by net banking via hdfc debit card.
    Due to size mismatch i returned the products and claimed for refund from the shopping vendor. The shopping vendor confirmed that the refund has been initiated and shared necessary proof of refund with me.
    I waited for 5 business days to reflect the amount in my account as it usually takes 3-4 working days to reflect the amount in account. After this period i reached out to hdfc net banking nodal officer for bangalore - mr binod.
    He advised me to drop a mail with all necessary proofs to hdfc grievance redressal cell and i did the same.
    And it all started from there the chain of follow ups. I followed up almost 5-6 times with the grievance redressal cell and every time i got auto generated mails that the issue is being worked upon and will be responded in 5 working days but they never came back with any resolution nor did the amount reflect ed in my account. When i again followed up on the mail chain, the response came that they have raised a charge back and the amount will reflect by feb 1. However nothing happened by feb 1. When i again followed up, they responded that they are working upon it and will respond by 5 working days.

    Its been almost two month that i am chasing hdfc bank for refund of my money.
    Below is the complaint no - hbl[protected] and hbl[protected].

    I have attached the e-mails received / the communication made.

    Please refer to the same.

      I (Pushpander goel) am submitting the following few lines to your notice for favour of kind consideration.

      I have a saving a/c no: [protected] in hdfc bank at nehru place branch.
      .
      I have operated the axis bank atm on 09.02.18 08:29 pm at tirkha colony, ballabgarh vide record no: 77 for with drawl of rs. 7, 000/- amount. The transaction was declined but the amount of rs. 7, 000/- was deducted from my hdfc bank account with out receipt of cash.

      Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs. 7, 000/- to my account. The necessary transaction slips are also here with enclosed for favour of kind perusal please.

        Dear sir,
        Ref my credicard no[protected] for which a fraud transaction of rs. 3849.99 towards expressvpn.com was carried out on 09 feb 2018 at 2100 hrs.in this regard complain lodged to customer care vide no [protected] feb /09. Card and pin is with me and fraud transaction was carried out without otp number. How?
        Pls take the matter serious and sort out immediately. Dissatisfaction may lead to closing the account and loosing the faith in your bank. Pls intervain for early solution.

          I am a customer of the bank holding its credit card also.in november i travelled to amristsar and booked my hotel through make my trip. I was promised a cash back of rs.1000/- which i have not received till date. On[protected] i made purchases through tanishq and was promised a cashback of rs.4000/- which has not been received till date. I am customer with hdfc bank mulund west client id :290785. This is downright unethical on the part of hdfc bank credit card division.

            I pooja gupta my credit card no. Is
            [protected]. I spend 95000 in hospital. Before due date i try to many times summit payment by online through billdask but server is down. I also out of town otherwise i summit by cheque. After all 1january 2018 night 12:15 my payment was summit. Now i received statement. There is charges of late fee and finance charges. Please waive off these charges

              I was making an online payment for a travel website-easemytrip. Money got deducted and the transaction failed. Please refund the money back to my account. Transaction id[protected].

              I was trying to book a flight from the website-ease my trip. The amount of 2823 has been deducted from my account and i got transaction failed error citing reasons that the bank failed to authorize.

                A sum of rs 72 debited to my account has not been reserved but the other amounts debited have been reversed. I am being given wishy washy answers by hdfc staff. Please reverse this amount immediately
                I have been writing to hdfc for last two months but this amount is not being reversed
                Should i not get redress
                As a matter of principle you will be compelling me to take legal action for this small sum of rs 72

                  From the past one week everyday they are calling me and asking one stupid question have you paid the life insurance premium? In reply i told them that i have paid my premium on time and you can check it in your bank. After saying that also they are still calling me everyday like stupid and asking me sir whether you have paid the premium or not. What do you think we don't have any job to do or we leave our business aside and attend your stupid calls everyday.

Firstly i want to clear that i am a diabetic patient from 1990.in 2011 i went under bypass surgery.in starting of december 2016 i received a call from mr.                     I have an transaction dine from pavana co bank on 1 feb the transaction was not processed and git amt deduction msg. Called bank and raised complaint against it comp no1495518 was given and was told that the amt will be reversed in 7 days now it's 9 days still the amt not reveresed. And i[censored] call to their call center which keeps u on hold for half an hour and says contiously that u are imp to us pls hold the line... I have called around 10 times and was on hold that is also an chargeable call... Pathetic customer service hdfc

                      Rajiv saxena proclaiming hdfc relationship manager called me on 9th feb, 2018. He said that we had taken some policy in 2010 and submitted 50000. If we deposit 1 lac now then we can take out 2, 08, 000 money after 90 days. Or we can get double money by 2020.
                      I just want to tell you guys about this incident. I did not pay him anything or fell in the trap even for a second. All thanks to the other similar post from 2016. I urge people to write here small paragraphs explaining such attempts so save people in future.

                      Lastly, don't ever fall for fake calls claiming unbelievably huge returns in short span. Had it been true then they would have done it for themselves without informing you. Rest.. Dyor

                      Dear Sir,

                      I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called Termination department of HDFC Life Insurance.
                      The person told me that I had taken a policy in the year 2010 and paid a premium of Rs.50000/- towards the same, I was also
                      given the policy number[protected] policy name HDFC classic assure plus) and told that since the policy has a lock in period of
                      3 years and I have paid the premium for only 2 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If I pay the premium for
                      2 more years that is Rs. 100000/- my policy would be regularized and I will be getting an amount of Rs. 240000/- within 90 days.
                      Then he was given Rajiv Saxena Hdfc life relation manager Mob No[protected].. He once again explained the procedure to me and
                      also said same thing.When I say I forget about this policy send me details through mail, I will pay online through net banking.
                      He told hdfc customer service call me, after 1 hour call come from mobile no[protected]. she tried to convince me I should provide
                      Cheque to her representative, I do not agree.So she said your insurance terminated. we canot send details to you through mail because
                      your mail is not registered.

                      Please look into the matter & investigated at your end . This is very serious matter.Some body will loose huge amount
                      due to this type of fake call

                        I got a call from hdfc bank on 3rd of feb 2018 regarding increase of credit limit, points related to hdfc credit card and also for hdfc egro accidental insurance policy. The representative called, told me i need not have to panic because everything she is providing is free of charge and no amount will be deducted from my credit card.

                        In case of hdfc egro accidental policy rs 11, 743 was deducted from credit card and rs 1, 899 as one assit mfee. The representative told me that this policy is free for 1 year and after one year i may or may not continue. Seeing the deducted amount i immediately send a mail on 5th of feb 2018 to cancel the policy and to refund the money.

                        After checking my credit statement i came to know that rs 11, 743 was returned to my credit card account but rs 1899 was still pending.

                        Some smat fee for rs 117.43 was also added to my credit statement.

                        I have been a loyal customer for hdfc bank for more than 15 years. Seeing these transactions i doubt to remain a customer of hdfc bank.

                        I am not willing to pay or bear any charges for this misleading commitments by your hdfc customer care representative.

                        So, kindly write off these charges from my credit card account or do the necessary at your earliest

                            I had requested for personal loan from hdfc last month 21st. Application received sms i received. But after that there was no information or update on the same till today.

                            I again went to the bank and submitted the docs and requested for a personal loan. Now i am not able to get the loan because of some reason which the bank people said. They said reason is last month i submitted the request and it got rejected. Now they told me to wait till this month 22nd.

                            They say quick processing... But this has taken so much time now... Im giving my documents each and every time. Finally some or the other reason and keeping it pending.

                                I am getting a continuous call from an agent named swetha. Regarding hdfc providing personal loan against insurance policy with bharti axa.
                                Is it true.

                                The caller is asking to take a loan of 25 lakh for which insurance will be paid 15 years each year 1 lakh. The interest for 25 lakh is 6%. The maturity am out will be 28 lakhs.in which 25 lakhs will be paid initially and 3 lakhs will be paid at the end of 15 years. The interest of 6% will be paid for 3 years only.
                                They are asking pay rs 100000 init all which after 20 days 2500000 will be provided as a loan.
                                Is this is true. Advice on this please. If this is fraudulent kindly take necessary action

                                      I have blocked my food card which was with number [protected] issued on 03-aug-2016 and blocked on 05-jul-2017 as it was lost but my balance which was present before block is still present in the blocked card. I do not intend to go for a new food card can the balance amount present then in the blocked food card transferred into my other bank account[protected].

                                      I got a call from HDFC Bank asking me to apply for a credit card.I applied and on 02/02/2018 I received a card.But when i called their customer executive for pin change they told me that the card was sent by mistake and to destroy the same.This is a harassment .
