Your company staff member who was lady dissuasion with me two or three days and she told me at first you check the policy and after your conformation you can active this policy. But with any discussion your company start this policy. And i am not satisfied with company's dissigion
Please give me back my all-money.

    But my paid emi not update in my loan account,,
    So please update my emi in my loan account,,

    But no one take care on this matter,

      I declined for oneassist membership while applying for credit card but still it asked for the membership. I got an sms for the same on 1-feb and asked me to send an sms to stop the membership. I messaged right away "stop oa" to [protected] and got a reply that the membership will not be activated. But, today i. E. 8th feb i'm getting a message in the morning saying "welcome to oneassist" and my credit card is being charged 1399.

      I am Nagaraju Gubbala, I opened a salary account in older company, i resigned there. Now I am not doing any job, but the hdfc bank account charging negative balance as -33000rs in savings, -31000rs in current. How it is possible to charge such huge negative amount without intimation. I cant pay that amount.

            what are doing men, so many time of one month,
            I am not credit card holder, even though debited 1180/- for charges. they are big theives.

              I bought an Apple Ipad on 6th Jan 2018 from Croma Rajouri Garden on Invoice # SLA[protected], at the time of disbursal the HDFC advisor told me that there is 0% ROI on the loan and the amount of 33, 915.00 will be deducted in 6 equal EMI's of 5652.5, but when I receive a message from HDFC bank to maintain the monthly EMI balance in account, I am shocked to see the amount is changed from 5952.5 and I receive the message of ROI is 1.5%, I have raised this and I am not getting any support from HDFC employee & Croma Store Manager. Croma Salesman, Store Manager & Salesman are agreeing to the fact that they earlier told me about no Interest will be charged but they are not doing anything to resolve the issue.Details of HDFC employee and Croma Manager is mentioned below -

                But After Some days the amount of 900/- has deducted from my account.
                and i'm Not satisfied with that.

                  Hello HDFC,

                  Can you please let me know what process do you follow to resolve your client's complaint? I complained about the One Assist McFee last month that I do not want this membership. However, now, again some SMARTEMI, LOAN CANCL,[protected] fee of 1399.00 has been deducted from my account without my consent. I am really frustrated. I am not going to recommend your credit card to any of my friends or colleagues.

                  Refund my money now.

                      I had salary account with hdfc. As i am not receiving the salary since last two years, it was converted to sb account and now i have a negative balance of 5000. I need to close this account. I reached the local branch in honavar to close the account. But was insisted to visit the home branch where i hold the account at bengaluru.                         I'm writing this complaint regarding my personal loan i submitted all my documents and everything which the executive asked for and i got the reference number and messages stating it's approved and verification was also done and on the principal approval i was informed from my friend that it is rejected reason 0 cibil score and upon checkin my score i found out that my score is above 700 and when i contact the executive about my issue he asked me to wait for one day as he will notify me further also, he said that he'll ask the department to re check my score again and that he'll send mail regarding my issue to the department so i waited and its been days he's neither receiving my calls neither calling me back and what rage me most was he contacting my friend instead of me about my loan rejection so unprofessional he could have just address the issue, if the loan is rejected or whatever it is i'm to be informed neither any third party also no status on the loan it's so unprofessional i was told that it'll take 3 working days for my loan to get approved and sanction but it's been more than a week and nothing is done very upset with the service

                          Hi,

                          I have got my rfid and customer id.

                          I tried to register for first time but otp is not getting generated.
                          So i can not top the account and i need the same asap.

                          Tried almost 10 times in 2 days.

                          Also tried cc, it was busy/unreachable most of the time.
                          Luckily i could connect today but executive did not have promising eta for it, she said till evening it may resolve. Few customers are getting otps now but looks like that is not true.

                          Please help me out asap.

Recently i had a transaction online at amazon.in and it got cancelled by the amazon and i received an sms saying that your transaction for hdfc bank credit card ending 5938 rupees 20216 has been reversed / credited to your account but i haven't got it credited on my card amount it is not reflecting on my account please help

                                No response from hdfc fastag and hdfc customer support, they always keep on asking time to resolve this.

                                What if i need to pay my credit card due, will the bank accept if i am delayed by 2 months without interest.

                                  Bhaskar reddy, had purchased a hdfc life sanchay policy no. 18952212 last year in the month of jan’17. I feel really cheated for this and would have not expected this type of wrong selling to customer.
                                  Summary.
                                  • the adviser did not properly establish my attitude to risk.
                                  • the adviser said the policy would definitely be far better than the existing crest policy and didn’t explain that the amount i would get back would be zero in the first year and if i wish to discontinue for any reason.
                                  • the adviser didn't fully explain the drawbacks and risk or how these would affect the returns on my policy.
                                  I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait before seeking third-party assistance or approaching irda to lodge a complaint against the agent and company. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.

                                    My registered mobile number with bank is [protected]. I got a new credit card on 6 feb 18. Rupees 900 deducted for hegic shield. I had used icici credit card in past but they call first and ask for credit card protection plan. Hdfc bank is deducting money without asking customer. A new customer get a shock after such deduction by bank. I called to customer care and they gave me the number of hdfc ergo customer care. Why should i call hdfc ergo. Highly disappointing behaviour by hdfc.
