Hello, My name is Soniya Recently I opened my bank account in HDFC 1 month ago I gave the wrong details about my home address, but when my salary was credited I saw my account was blocked due to the wrong home address, a few days back I just confirmed my CPV with my nearby branch ( Burari ), BM helped me with the mail and all things after 2 days I received Address Confirmation letter with Mr. Shivam, after that he told me I have to wait for 3-4 working days, now I connected with the BM and person who open my account in Noida office Mr. Vaibhav Dixit, he told me that he already gives 3 mails to HDFC backend Team, but haven't responded yet, I wanted to know is customer have to tolerate this kind of inconvenience with HDFC bank, I'm very disappointed with the service which HDFC bank Peovided me, I never recommend anybody to be part of the HDFC bank, just because of Service. every employee told me to go here and there nobody has given a solution to my problem which I face till now.
