[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank hdfc bank saving account blocked due to negative cpv

Hello, My Account in HDFC bank is Blocked due to Negative CPV and Bank states that there is Non Delivery of Address Change Letter at the Location. There was No letter delivered or call has been made by the delivery agent about not finding the Place. Moreover the Credit Card Address change letter from the same bank got delivered at the same Location but Saving Account is blocked for past 4-5 Days. The Bank Official from the Branch physically came to my Residence to verify the address and they have submitted the report of Positive CPV, Still the Account is Blocked and I cannot do any transaction from the said account and it has caused me Mental Agony and Stress. No Proper reply is being given by customer care or Branch Manager, Relationship Manager or any other person. The reply got from the Bank is Stating that the Account is Active.

Need to unblock my account as soon as possible

HDFC Bank Service Manager Mr Anay and Bank Branch Employee Mr. Ankit helped me to get my account back on trackand activated again. but i had to follow up with them continiusly. Branch Employee cam to my residence physically to verify CPV and sent an email to the back office for positive CPV. After following up my account got activated after 3 days. thank to all those helped.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hello, My name is Soniya Recently I opened my bank account in HDFC 1 month ago I gave the wrong details about my home address, but when my salary was credited I saw my account was blocked due to the wrong home address, a few days back I just confirmed my CPV with my nearby branch ( Burari ), BM helped me with the mail and all things after 2 days I received Address Confirmation letter with Mr. Shivam, after that he told me I have to wait for 3-4 working days, now I connected with the BM and person who open my account in Noida office Mr. Vaibhav Dixit, he told me that he already gives 3 mails to HDFC backend Team, but haven't responded yet, I wanted to know is customer have to tolerate this kind of inconvenience with HDFC bank, I'm very disappointed with the service which HDFC bank Peovided me, I never recommend anybody to be part of the HDFC bank, just because of Service. every employee told me to go here and there nobody has given a solution to my problem which I face till now.
