I have applied for fast tag with application number hfr014691. After so much of follow ups and emails i received an sms as fast tag is issued and activated. After that there is no update from hdfc, sent 3 emails to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in no response. Tried reaching to customer care nobody picks the call.

I hope this issue will be resolved soon and my rf id will be sent to me via courier. Please do let me know if i have to do anything from our end. I'm with hdfc for more than 5 yrs for the first very very bad service from them.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Kindly note that Fastag is dispatched and delivered to the mailing address updated by you within 7 working days from the date of issue. Kindly share us the date of which you have emailed our Fastag Team. In case you do not receive your tag within the above timeline, please let us know.
