[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank hdfc fastag - refund for sticker not received | |
I applied for hdfc fastag online on 22/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr469579 and made payment of inr 500. After that i received customer id & wallet id on 24/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy. Due to this i have purchased fasttag from outside and now i want refund of my inr 500 that i paid online.
