I made an outward remittance from hdfc bank to ing bank australia. The recipient has not received the money yet. I made on 19th march its now 27th march and its not received.

I have already raised a complaint before and no action on it. I am not sure what is the reference number on it.

I have received a mail saying..

I am unable to fill the reference number on the form that you forwarded. If I mention the above reference number HBL=[protected] it says not valid.
