My fastag is blacklisted or deactivated. I came to know about it when i used it first time at toll plaza on february 29, 2020. I contacted to hdfc fastag customer care, they assured me that the issue will take two working days to resolve. But, as of march 24, 2020, it has not been resolved yet. I continuously contacted to customer care since then and they usually told that my issue will be resolved within two working days.
It is highly disappointing to get the hdfc fastag and the pathetic response of hdfc bank fastag customer care service.
Please do the needful asap. Hope to get positive response this time.

Is it really so difficult to activate my FasTag? I am suffering a lot over a month and still waiting to resolve my issue. It is highly disappointing and repentance to purchase a FasTag from HDFC Bank. Such a pathetic services of HDFC FasTag Customer Care I ever experienced. I have to travel through Toll Plaza at the end of lockdown, what should I have to do? Should I kneel down in front of the HDFC Bank?
I can understand that you have limited staff due to COVID-19 situation, but I raised my concern a long time ago and still you not assuring me that how much time you will take to resolve my issue.
It is my humble request that please look at this matter and resolve my issue ASAP.
