I am seeing below unwanted charges and emi in my last two statement. I am trying you connect support person through phone banking. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 30, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Hi, As per our records, a transaction of Rs.28724.05 at M/s. Reliance digital has been converted into 6 months EMI on February 18, 2020, at the rate of 1.25 interest per month. You are right I have purchased laptop on Reliance digital but i never asked them to convert it for EMI. All these things are happening without customer knowledge. i am not sure whom i need to blame on this.?how customer can confirm on this while purchasing I asked retailers only pay that instance . here it is happening like this. and different story is happening in SBICards.
