[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership | |
Hi, I have an hdfc credit ending with 4575 which is charged with an amount of rs 1299 towards oneassist membership fee. It was done without my knowledge and without any prior check with customer. I had not opted for oneassist while applying for credit card. Also, oneassist didn’t take any prior approval from me. Please cancel my membership and refund the amount at the earliest.
