Taken HDFC credit card xxxx6061 without opening bank account.
And on first few transaction observed that the transactions or its history are not showing online or in app they told me to download.
I complained many time and mentioned each time they called. Finally more than a year ago I requested surrender the card as it is useless for me.
Last year HDFC didnot bill me.
now 2025 they issue maintenance bill which i refuse to pay inr 288.00 as it is unjustified and malpractise when they couldnever solve the long pending issue.
On ground that their service is a failure to me and on repeated conversation to surender they didnot guide me and now raising this consumer complain as i could not trust making use of it.
