HDFC Bank — hdfc deducted 590 rs without notifying me

On 7th of august hdfc bank deducted 590rs from my saving account for debit card issuance. They haven't notified me about this before and neither their representatives told me about this kind of fees.
After deducting money from my account i didn't even get an sms alert.
I was told that i can open a saving account instantly without any charges provided i keep minimum balanve 10000. But now they charged me without my consent.
Please take some action.
