Dear sir,
If i try to transfer third party fund through internet banking, third party already (More than five regd.) last seven days. I am not transfer my fund. I have to do for the solution, i have gone to branch lot of times but still i have not tranfer my fund.
Message shown. "you are not authorized to do this transation. Please contact the bank."

    You issue me a credit card on 2 july 2019 firsty i does't get it now when u need it and now i get a call from you that i will get my card in 2 days but i have to pay 1899 rupees but bank issue it on their bases i did't tell them to do it and your care member talk to me rudly and say he have a recording of that i have to pay 1899 rupess why and i get one more call they say its benefitery charges and your care member refuges it please fix my problem because i will not pay for this.

      I have an account under the name of j m d sales corporation a/c no. Is [protected] in b.K.Chowk branch faridabad. I had given a cheque for transfer the fund of rs.100000 on 30.7.2019 at 11.30 a.M to the concerned staff in branch but till now the amount is not credited in party account. I have talked many times to that employee but not get any satisfactory answer. The services of the branch are poor now these days. There are not any responsible person to solve the issue. I am very disappointed and think about close the all my 8 account.

        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of RS.500/- (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR183694. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and RC/aadhaar/passport and since then there is no update.

        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

        I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Credit Card, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst thing ever happened with them.

        Though I have various accounts with other banks ( nationalised & Private) I chose HDFC hoping their service will be par excellence, but this is the worst experience to the core.

        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates or other banks where they give it on the same day.

        Please update on the status.

          Our designated pro mr rajesh tiwari mobile number[protected] wanted us to take out import insurance policies thru him, which we could not as our overseas suppliers do it for us, since then he seems to be holding grudges against us, he does not take our calls and if at all he takes after several calls, says im busy, call me later / ill calll u later and hangs up, he never calls bak. If we message him, he does not respond. And if all he responds it is after several days, lots of work that we have given him to do in last few months after the insurance incident are not done by him.

          Our import related documents are delayed for release, we do not get rates on time and documents receiving 3 to 4 days after making the payment

          This is going on since some time, this is not a one off thing, else we would not complain

          Very unprofessional attitude and behaviour

          We have complained to the manager mr amit verma who is a v nice person, very profesional and gets things done v quickly when we go to him.

          We are awaiting his response.

          Hdfc is an organisation, there is no place for personal grudges or bias in the system.

          We hope to get a resolution in this matter and another pro from the bank that we have requested for to the manager too

              Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, last 6 months i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3 months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement, but the people is not interest to settlement my credit card, they peoples always to confuse me and they are spoke to me, settle this month afterwards they are not contact with me and i called some numbers they are not picking my call. So please to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

                I am not getting otp delivered to my registered phone number with the bank. This problem prevails for both online transactions and netbanking.

                I was getting it three weeks back... All of a sudden am not receiving any otp.

                Please look into the matter. Am not sharing any bank details but it really is very frustrating when you need the otp and not get it. Hdfc bank has this problem

                  Regarding the annual debit card fee on my account. I charged for 885rs and i am not happy with this charge. I am not sure why hdfc is charging this huge amount for using debit card. I have tried couple of time to contact customer care but the call never connected. I do not understand why annual free on debit card you think customer are fool. I want my money back...

                      First they came after 2 days requesting for salary account. Then, they put my name wrongly in my account even after giving them correct documents..
                      When i called back to executive parameshwar, he didn't pick up my call.
                      Then i called manager ratanapriya, she was shouting like anything. Too bad.. This big bank even doesn't know, how to behave with customers and obviously late at its best..

                        Found change in disbursement % than offer letter, disbursement %= 9.25 while offer % = 8.85, had given application for correction as my emi increased by 870 rs due to unawares changes, 4 weeks are completed but there are no movement seen and did not noticed any apologies from bank as it is clearly bank mistake.

                        Did not found any response on complaint from bank, customer is running behind their fault, time and money is being wasted on HDFC bank, I don't know when they will take seriously regarding complaints and when they like to revert with solution.

                          I have hdfc bank zero balance salary account and recently my balance goes negative charges rs 229.00 verified the statement mentioned as mi revenue hold through gefu, i don't really had an idea about this one and my account type is salary account and i had option to maintain zero balance. Still they charged me for rs.229 really not make sense, very worst customer service.

                          Your EMI towards your personal loan was bounced in June 2019 due to which the EMI return charges are due for recovery from your account. At the time of collection of charge, there was insufficient fund in your account due to which the amount is placed on hold and soon will be recovered from your account.                             I have been waiting for my HDFC Debit card which was dispatched on 10th, the air bill no. AWB [protected] BUT HAVN'T RECIEVED IT HAS YET. IM TRYING TO CALL ON CUSTMOER CARE NUMBER BUT ITS ALWAYS ANSWERING MACHINE. VERY BAD AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE.

                            My new address has been updated in saving account.they already debited card charges from my account but theyy didnt disptch card yet.they are delaying card delivery .Please inform HDFC bank deliver debit card

                              With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on Bank of India account in spite of non-dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e The branch where you hold the account. 2. The issuing bank will then raise a chargeback dispute/query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your bank. Assuring you of our best services always.

                                  It got activated on 19th July 2019.
                                  Please note that 275 rs from my hdfc fastag wallet has been deducted wrongly on 29th of july 2019 at 06:45 pm.

                                    Regarding my card I am a HDFC credit card holder last two to three years. Now I have a financial issues and family responsibility so I can close my card but HDFC employee not listen my request last two months. I can file a request in customer care and write in email also. But they have not listen my concern.
                                    Yesterday Ms. Neha call me and ask me please write down an email and file a request in customer care also. I told her that I already do these things. But write now there is no response regarding my concern. I have told every thing in customer care how can i suffer Financial crises. I am jobless right now but the credit card department call me every day and ask me for payment I told him every day that I am not able to pay total outstanding amount please close my card and divided my outstanding in EMI but they did not listen me . Now please tell me what can i do.

                                      Hdfc bank was told me that your card will activate in 1 working day i went to singapore i was facing alots of issues because by card was not activated i have given then so many amount for charges and fees for forex card and currently i am back to india i told hdfc bank that transfer my money forex to saving account they told me it will transfer by tomorrow still i am waiting for that and customer care is also not answering my calls and they are telling that we transfer your call but no one is receiving it was worst bank

                                        I received a credit card with the assurance of maintenance and free of charges, only i should pay the ampunt what i spend on that. But yet now i didn't enter the pin number for the credit card. But they levied charges 500 inr for evry 6months over my card. Totally 1000 rupees was taken from my account. I asked to refund my amount through mails and phone calls. They said if i spend 24, 000 for first half yearly, and 42000 for the second half yearly. If i didn't spend the amount i have to pay 500 per half yearly. Then why they push the card in our hands with the fake words that, free of maintenance ana all. Now i tried to close the account it shows 180 ruppes was stll pendind in my credit card. How the unopened and unused credit card can paid more and more. My credit card number is [protected]. Kindly help to to get my amount back.

                                        Hi,

                                        Applied for fast tag on June15 with reference HFR154706, till now not received the fast tag, calling helpline is not helpful at all they just past the issue to another company.
