Our designated pro mr rajesh tiwari mobile number[protected] wanted us to take out import insurance policies thru him, which we could not as our overseas suppliers do it for us, since then he seems to be holding grudges against us, he does not take our calls and if at all he takes after several calls, says im busy, call me later / ill calll u later and hangs up, he never calls bak. If we message him, he does not respond. And if all he responds it is after several days, lots of work that we have given him to do in last few months after the insurance incident are not done by him.
Our import related documents are delayed for release, we do not get rates on time and documents receiving 3 to 4 days after making the payment
This is going on since some time, this is not a one off thing, else we would not complain
Very unprofessional attitude and behaviour
We have complained to the manager mr amit verma who is a v nice person, very profesional and gets things done v quickly when we go to him.
We are awaiting his response.
Hdfc is an organisation, there is no place for personal grudges or bias in the system.
We hope to get a resolution in this matter and another pro from the bank that we have requested for to the manager too
