I am disheartened with repeated ignorance of the relationship manager called shelly from sarojini nagar, delhi branch who is suppose to be handling my account
I must have tried reaching this rm on innumerable occasions, but all in vain, she doesn't even have the basic courtesy of either picking my calls or responding subsequently.
I contacted her 3-4 months as i wasn't using my hdfc account anymore for salary but she said she will again upgrade my account to preferred account once i start getting my salary credited to hdfc account but all in vain it's already been 3-4 months since i've moved away from icici to hdfc account but she doesn't have an idea about upgrades now and keeps on saying that she is getting it done.
I specifically told her last week that wither get my account upgraded or i shall switch back to icici but since then she has stopped calling or replying back.
I have couple of doubts regarding credit cards/forex cards but she is never their to resolve them.
Just let me know, what is the point in assigning such "so called relationship[p managers" to customers. Appears the entire thing is a sham and a shere marketing gimmick played on innocent customers.
If such being the case of poor & ignorance personified services of the rms... I would'nt think twice to move away from hdfc which i till now thought to be very customer friendly bank.

Yes, I did but still waiting for the final outcome of that clarification.

The outcome was supposed to happen within next 24hrs though I'm ready to wait for 24 more hours.

    Dear indians,

    Hdfc bank has given me the worst experience among any so far. Its been nearly a month i have been facing stress.
    Somewhere in june i got a credit card bill of nearly 40k, the transactions that sums to this amount has been performed without my authorization and participation, nor any form of alerts was received. Hence i call up and put the transactions in dispute and fill up the card dispute forms among other formalities and the card was locked. Now, the customer care centre did not inform me about the auto pay feature in my account for the credit card.
    This month they took out nearly 18k without notifying me, hence wiping out my bank account to pay these fraud disputed bills.

    I call them up, and i came to know that the case has not been resolved and 18k was removed as auto-pay for this disputed bill and that once the case is resolve i'll be refunded and the usual "sorry for your inconvenience"

    I call them up, again, and i came to know that the dispute case was closed and 18k was not in my favor hence it was removed it and the usual "sorry for your inconvenience"

    I am frustrated beyond words right now, firstly for not notifying me about any developments taking place. Second the customer care is simply useless, everyone has different responses.

    Finally to sum it up: first the fraud takes place, then the bank uses my money to pay off the fraud without notifying me, next they tell me that my case is closed.
    I feel cheated.
    How can i ever trust this bank?
    What kind of a service is this @hdfc?

      Team, this mail is regarding one complain which i want to do against one of the branch manager of yours who is handling bhilai nehru nagar branch.
      As a dsa, its my responsibilty to give you more and more business but this branch manager mr nishikant pandey is not allowing me to get it done. Many times he had told me that will not do your case and also many times he disrespected me.
      I just want to know is this is a kind of gesture the hdfc branch manager is showing to one of his dsa.
      Need your intervention as soon as possible otherwise i will go to the superiors.

        Hi so i was running through some issues and couldn’t make the credit card payments, after repeated tried i made all
        Payments and also withdrew a hdfc policy to do all this and the collection departments and customer care on phone assured that lien will be removed and they all kept saying it’s month end and tomorrow and tomorrow and talking to someone and it’s a process but the lien is nt removed, everyday they are giving some other excuse...           When i took a home loan in hdfc they asked me.. Begged me to take ‘hdfc ergo loss of job’ insurance. They nearly spoke for an hour and convinced me to take this insurance telling that if i lose my job they will pay my emi for 3 months. I paid my home lone almost 75% and i have paid for this insurance till now.. I recently lost my job but i am struggling to get hdfc ergo pay my emi. They keep asking for documents. I am already stressed losing my job but hdfc is making causing stress. They simply looted my money. They only promised 3 months emi repayment but now they don't want to even pay that,

          After sending documents for months and waiting a month as they asked me to.. This is the mail i got again from hdfc.

          With reference to the loss of job claim no xxxxx, we request you to kindly provide the following additional details: as per policy terms and conditions the insured can be paid upto 3 emis falling due in respect of his loan. As we are not in the receipt of documents to establish total duration of loss of job nor any confirmation on insured's new job status, this claim can not be processed at this stage. You can resend your claim documents and lodge the claim afresh after completion of 3 months of loss of job or earlier in the event of re-joining. Please furnish your documents with the help of below check list items, whichever is applicable in your case for smooth claim processing. 1: form 26 as of next 3 month from the date of relieving. 2: kindly confirm whether you are currently on job if yes please provide appointment letter. 3: kindly provide the loan statement (Loan a/c no - xxxxxx) with latest transactions till date. 4:duly filled kyc form with 1 signed across passport size coloured photograph and any one of kyc documents (Ration card/ driving license/ aadhar card/ passport /any other government authorised identity proof of the insured carrying name, photograph & address), in case emi payment exceeds rs 1 lakhs.,

            Hdfc bank has put my amount on hold for no reason and i have raised complaint twice by visiting the branch as well as on customer care but still i have not received any response from them and i am a salaried person with many responsibilities and hdfc has just deduct my amount with out any information so help me with the resolution or at least suggest me what should i do.

                I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers.

                Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.

                I also have icici credit card. My cibil score is good.

                This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

                    I received a message by hdfc bank that, "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 8021 for rs. 24262.68 has been credited/reversed by paypal *institute on[protected]:11:33:13.
                    But when i checked online on hdfc account no amount has been credited. What should i do? When will i get the amount rs. 24262.68 credited to my account?
                    I am scared because it's a big amount for me. Hdfc bank please solve this problem as soon as possible. Waiting for the response.

                      This is regarding cancellation of policy no.: 21529617 hdfc life sl progrowth flexi
                      I am a retired senior citizen person without earning any pension and fully dependent on fd interest
                      & investments.
                      Hdfc deer park, safdarjung enclave, new delhi rm contacted me for investment as one my mutual fund was matured and trapped me to buy this policy. They offed me this investment with insurance cover
                      For my wife 64 years + of age and did not explained the mortality charges per year which was too high for my wife's age, hence my investment amount was cut short by about rs 65000 per year for 5 years as a loss.
                      The policy documents were not sent to me within 15 days time, i asked for this many times. Finally, i received the documents on 15th. July'19 and surprised to notice the mortality charges in the policy and i visited hdfc life office to cancel the policy.
                      But, i am surprised to receive the refund with charges deducted from my investment of rs 3, 50, 000 i. E. Rs.26, 319.59 which is too high, please refund these charges as soon as possible, otherwise i have to forward this case to irda as the policy was under 15 days of free look period.
                      It was hdfc life's mistake to send me the policy after one & half month.

                        I have transferred rs. 15098.10/- to my hdfc bank on 4th august 2019 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to the beneficiary account. That day onwards i tried customer care no-[protected] but did not connect my call.in 5th august informed to payzapp customer care through the mail - [protected]@payzapp.in but nobody not replying my msg. Can anyone suggest me how to go legally on this? To whom i have to contact?

                          Representatives came to our office to open hdfc bank accounts and they offered us a debit card along with credit card for free mentioning that it would be free of cost. I confirmed the executive if i will be charged anything for it and she said it's free for lifetime and i won't be charged anything for this card.

                          I received the card at my address and i haven't even activated the card yet, it's been more than 4 months and i haven't used it. Now, i'm getting messages that you're going to be charged rs.590 for your credit card and i have no idea what these charges are for, i already confirmed that if i'm going to get charged for the card, i don't need it as i won't be using it.

                          I request you to kindly wave off any charges for this credit card from my account or just block it. This is nothing new as i can see all around the internet you hdfc guys issue credit cards for free and charge the customers for no reason!

                          I want to stop this deduction and not receive alerts that require charging me money. Please get back to me on this ASAP.

                            I did a pos purchase with my credit card on 17th june 2019 of rs. 5, 415.00. The same is reflecting in my june month statement, however the same has not been credited to the beneficiary account. As a result i had to make the payment in cash.

                            I raised the transaction dispute attaching the cardholder dispute form along with the bill of the cash payment for the transaction on 24th june 2019 to cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com and customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com as advised by the custom care professionals.

                            It has been more than 40 days with no update. When i am calling customer care professionals, they have no update on this and i am just being asked to wait, somebody says for 2 days and someone says 90 days.

                            I have already sent around 10 reminder emails and at-least called customer care 5 times.

                              At this very moment feeling very pathetic about thinking & wasting my time raising complaint to hdfc. Worst ever customer satisfaction. People of toll free number are not ready to listen and provide wrong information. Even so called designated personnel banker is always not available when available will not pick the phone. She provided wrong information. Whts going on in hdfc are you just getting fake awards for best service. Unpolite people on customer care and even banker assigned. I have been issued two debit cards without information. Debit card is being couriered to wrong address when said to arrange to to send to near by branch - not update available. When asked why two card issued calls transfer to accounts then to debit card and no answer just one answer close one any o[censored]r choice. Who will be responsible for yearly charges. Matter dosent get resolved what go for a legal case. I would rate personnel banker as hopeless employee of hdfc - just enjoying free salaries. While placing request for credit card she called up just once to say place through her not directly. Really self - centered no customer satisfaction.

                              Response received is non satisfactory . And complaint close without resolution & consent of consumer .

                              Below are the main issues:-

                              Hello,

                              Ref. No[protected]

                              It is very sad to know that without consumer consent complaint has been closed - not even asked that consumer is satisfied with the solution or not . Moreover Personnel Banker was not aware about the exact status and was not able to furnish any details .

                              Following are the complaints regarding the reference which are not resolved :-

                              1. Debit Card not reached at the desired location .It is at the branch where no one is available and i am daily getting message to collect the same .
                              2. Not being confirmed by Personnel banker why two debit card were issued without consent of consumer .
                              3. At present which debit card will reach at the desired location .
                              4. Yearly Refund status of the card issued without consent .

                              Kindly close this complaint only after resolution to above queries .

                                236 rs deducted from my account on 16/04/2019 with the narration si fail due to insuff bal, however i didn't have any si for that period of time.

                                Date of transaction 16/04/2019
                                Hdfc bank vikas nagar lucknow.

                                I am repeating, i don't have any si and this is deducted for no reason. I want my money back.

                                I tried to contact bank too, but they can't help.

                                  I had purchased items from reliance smart and more mega store using hdfc cashback offer on 2/08/2019
                                  The offer stated that instant cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 3 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                                  Its a fraud!

                                    I went in hdfc sriganganagar branch for depositing the cash if rs 30000/- in s. B a. C numbered [protected] harjinder singh as his installment of credit card is due. But their in branch mr. C. P. Jangir and teller authoriser mr. Mandeep dhillon use abusive language and refused to deposit the cash by saying it is against the policy of the bank. When i ask for the hard copy of the policy they threatened me that they will beat me outside if i ask for policy of the bank. I sit their for nearly an hour but of no effect. Neither they deposited the money nor they gave me any hard copy of the policy. But threatened me and abuse me their. I request your good self to kindly arrange the cctv footage of the branch so that things can be cleared to u as they are threatening the customer and defaming the name of brand hdfc.

                                      I have been using a times platinum credit card with 1.25lacs as the credit limit. Later it was reduced to 62k because for 3 months i did minimum credit card payment.
                                      I have not been defaulting any payment and i have a good salary too. My cash limit was also reduced from 50k to zero. This is not appropriate to reduce the amount straight by 50%. Why should i use the credit card if sometimes i pay the minimum amount or not the complete amount? I have been paying the credit card bill's on time.
