I have submitted fastag application but did not recevied any acknowledgement from the hdfc, it was mentioned you will receive a pdf form to your registered email but did not recevied that one as well. Unfortuantely i have not save screenshot of the web page, on which application number is mentioned. Can some one please help me here. I am Madhu Ray. I am very disappointed to say that suddenly I got1399rs debited from my credit card for one assist policy, without my permission, without any message alert. I don't want to carry this [censored] plan anymore. Want to deactivate any how otherwise I will end up my account in this bank.

I spent more than 19000 in the month of october and they promised 2000 gift voucher. But i didnt received it till now.

I have tried login HDFC net banking, but getting below pop up,
The Net Banking system is busy processing heavy load from currently logged in customers.
Note: I was totally unhappy with this service. Tried at same time yesterday also same issue.
