I purchased HDFC fast tag through online and got it delivered in nov2019 .. But currently I have lost that sticker and would like to get a duplicate one.
I already have the FASTAG account activated and the fastag wallet is loaded with money.
Want to know what is procedure to apply a duplicate fastag in hdfc and transfer the balance from old wallet id.
I have been contacting the HDFC fastag customer care through following - But literally zero help.. This is very bad from a reputed bank that they are not having a proper channel or email mechanism to communicate fast tag related queries and solve
1.) Toll free[protected] / 7 this number is either busy or no one is picking up and answering.. I really fed up trying to reach out hdfc fastag customer care daily 1- 2 hrs trying to connect.
2.) The HDFC netbanking - customer care also didnot give any proper help to proceed in this case and told me to apply for a new fastag instead or contact the POS branch location .. REally dissapointed on this
3.) I have raised a customer service request in fastag login and its open for almost 20 days no response .. for that also.
All I need is it possible to get duplicate fast tag and transfer my old wallet balance to a new one.
Before me deciding to apply for a new fast tag through other bank, I want to check in this forum, if I can get any help Was this information helpful? |
