I have applied for hdfc fastag on 29 nov 2019 and till today date 17 dec 2019 i have not received any update about my hdfc fastag. As per you commitment i must receive it within 7 days. But still i am struggling for this. Being such a big organisation i have doubt on your service now. Verified Support Dec 18, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of wallet creation. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS. -Anay HDFC Customer Assistance Dec 20, 2019 Updated by Akshay4408 i have not received any dispatch details of the tag via SMS or E-mail, anyways today 20-12-19 my fastag delivered to my adddress. finally received my tag, but still HDFC should improve their system.
