[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag invalid - no support from hdfc

I bought a hdfc fastag and since then i am trying to register in order to recharge my wallet but when i fill my wallet id which i received via text msg from hdfc & vehicle no (Hr51as3251) it shows invalid. I have tried calling customer care several times which is always busy and when not busy they don't pick up. I visited hdfc branch & they totally denied that this is none of their buisness they just asked me to contact customer care which is always busy. This tag cost me 500 rs and now i can't see a way how to get it activated. Dear hdfc please help me out and learn to value your customers. This is not about 500rs but it is about trust which i had on hdfc but now i can't. My registered phone no. Is [protected] on which i received wallet id and customer id.
