HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - non receipt of payment and application | |||
Hello team, I've submitted fastag application successfully through hdfc bank website and completed the payment using hdfc debit card on 24th nov 2019 night. Unfortunately i've not received any email or sms related to my application number or payment. All the customer care numbers provided in the portal are useless. Nobody is picking the call or call will not get through. Can you please help me to get the application number and current status? My email id is - [protected]@gmail.com Phone number - [protected] This is my last options, if it don't work i would like to cancel this request and get a refund of rs.500.
